肺癌是严重危害人类健康的疾病，2012 美国肿瘤公布的 资料显示，其发病率（ 13. 8% ） 及病死率（ 27. 4% ） 均居癌症前 列［1］。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（ mitogen-activated protein kinase， MAPK） 信号转导通路是生物体内的重要信号通路之一［2］，参 与细胞的炎症性反应、生长、分化、增殖和生存等生理过程中 起重要调控作用。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶 1（ MAPK1） 又称为细 胞外信 号 调 节 激 酶 2 （ extracellular signal-regulated kinase2 ， ERK2） ，其分子量 41390Da。本文采用 ELISA 法，检测肺癌患 者、良性肺部疾病患者和健康对照者血浆中 MAPK1 / ERK2 表 达水平并进行统计分析，探讨其在肺癌发生发展中的作用。
对象和方法
一、本文收集了浙江省宁波市李惠利医院 2011 年 12 月 ～ 2012 年 3 月具有完整临床和病理资料的首诊肺癌患者 78 例。其中男 性 60 例，女 性 18 例。平 均 年 龄 63 岁 （ 35 ～ 83 岁） 。良性肺部疾病组为同期住院患者 27 例。其中男性 18 例，女性 9 例。平均年龄 55 岁（ 25 ～ 73 岁） 。健康对照组为 同期门诊健康体检者 14 例。其中男性 9 例，女性 5 例。平均 年龄 35 岁（ 22 ～ 56 岁） 。

Hospital，Ningbo，Zhetive To detect the level of MAPK1 / ERK2 in the plasma of lung cancer patients and to explore its relationship with types，clinical stage，TNM stage of lung cancer． Methods The levels of MAPK1 / ERK2 in plasma were detected by ELISA in 78 patients with lung cancer，27 patients with benign lung diseases，and 14 healthy people． Results The levels of MAPK1 / ERK2 were significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than in the healthy controls and those with benign lung diseases （ P ＜ 0. 05） while the levels of MAPK1 / ERK2 were significantly higher in patients with benign lung diseases than in the healthy controls （ P ＜ 0. 05 ） ． The levels of MAPK1 / ERK2 were not significantly related to sex，age，smoking status，the type of lung cancers，clinical stage，and TNM stage． Conclusion MAPK1 / ERK2 may have a certain clinical value to aid the diagnosis of lung cancer． It can be used as a novel biological marker for lung cancer．

肺癌患者丝裂原活化蛋白激酶 1（ MAPK1） 表达水平及临床意义

【摘要】 目的 检测肺癌患者血浆中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶 1 （ MAPK1 / ERK2） 表达水平及探讨其与肺癌类型、临床分期、 TNM 分期的关系。方法 用 ELISA 法分别检测肺癌组（ n = 78） ，良性肺部疾病组（ n = 27） ，健康对照组（ n = 14） 血浆中 MAPK1 / ERK2 的水平含量。结果 肺癌患者血浆中 MAPK1 / ERK2 的含量高于良性肺部疾病组和健康对照组（ P ＜ 0. 05） ，良性肺部疾病 组高于健康对照组（ P ＜ 0. 05） 。肺癌患者血浆中 MAPK1 / ERK2 的表达与性别，年龄，吸烟状况，肿瘤病理类型，临床分期，TNM 分期无显著性差异。结论 MAPK1 / ERK2 对肺癌的辅助诊断有一定的临床价值，可作为一项新的肺癌生物标志物应用。
