合理安排，拥有建康 The cartoon vividly illustrates a pervasive scene in our daily life where a family, grandparents, parents and a son in a park of city, are taking exercises in the sunshine of morning to build up their physical conditions/strength. Nothing is of more remarkable importance than health for life and work. Our daily life has been filled with diverse examples about healthy life with the following one, square dance, being the foremost. In many communities and parks exist a great many people, seniors and youngsters, they persist in doing sports per day such as running, dancing, playing swords so that they gain a healthy conditions and seldom get diseases. It is because of healthy notion that they lead a happy life. However, the fact is out of it, say, the huge living pressure and busy work, making some youngsters lose sporting time to keep/sustain fitness instead over-eating junk food such as snackith high sugar, protein and calorie at irregular time and frequently staying up, are core reasons of subhealth. As a result, they get some incurable disease such as diabetes, hypertension etc. If there were no health, we could not improve our living quality and might suffer from the tortures of diseases. As discussed, we easily find that health plays a positive role in our daily life. bike to go to work but in a car sits another man, a driver, who feel strange to the first man’s behavior. Conspicuously, it gives us an enlightenment that nothing is of more remarkable benefit than green traveling for our health and environmental protection/conservation.
Abundant of examples can prove the importance of green traveling while I reckon bike-sharing suffices. In many cities exist a large number of urban dwellers and they use smart phones to scan QR code for using/renting a bike/two wheels to finish the last mile so that they help to reduce carbon emission. It is because of the notion of green traveling that we have a chance to enjoy/appreciate the blue sky with white clouds. However, the fact in society is far from it sometimes, say, the reason some people drive cars or take taxies is that they lack social responsibility, which therefore cause emission of exhaust fumes and leads to hazes. If we still not to encourage/advocate green traveling and constrain people’s behaviors of buying cars, we might never take off our respirators or masks and live in the dim hazes.
