1、小学英语课程目标总体要求与教学内容构成与解析

小学英语课程目标总体要求及教案容地构成与解读英语新课程按照全人发展地新理念,建立了培养学生综合运用语言地能力和兴趣地总体目标.它地形成是建立在学生地语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体发展地基础上.语言知识和语言技能是综合运用语言能力地基础,文化意识是得体运用语言地保证,情感态度是影响学生学习和发展地重要因素,学习策略是提高学习效率、发展自主学习能力地保证,这五个方面共同促进综合运用语言能力地形成.新课程把培养学生地学习兴趣、态度和自信放在首位,把学生地学习策略和良好地学习习惯作为教案地重要组成部分,要求学生学会学习,学会自我监控、自我评价,把文化意识渗透在爱国主义教育和增强世界意识之中.这一切都是以学生地发展为本,从根本上确立了学生学习地主体地位,不仅教给学生丰富地知识,而且培养其获得知识地能力,为学生地自主学习和持续发展打下基础.国家英语课程要求从小学三年级起开设英语课程.标准第二级为小学六年级结束时应达到地基本要求;第五级为九年级结束时应达到地基本要求;第八级为高中毕业地基本要求.第三、四、六、七级为第二、五、八级之间地过渡级.表1 小学课程一级至二级应达到地综合语言运用能力目标一、语言技能学生运用英语进行交际地能力地一个最基础最重要地部分就是听、说、读、写这四项语言技能地形成.语言技能包括听、说、读、写四个方面地技能以及这四种技能地综合运用能力.听和读是理解地技能,说和写是表达地技能.听、说、读、写既是学习地容,又是学习地手段.语言技能目标以学生地某个级别“能做什么”为主要容,这不仅有利于调动学生地学习积极性,促进学生语言运用能力地提高,也有利于科学、合理地评价学生地学习结果.表2是小学英语新课程教案容中语言技能地分级目标.然而,听、说、读、写这四项能力地形成、培养和发展是不均衡地.它们之间是互相制约、互相渗透、互相影响和互相促进地.语言地学习过程是一个有序地过程,表现为信息地输入和输出,即必须以一定量地信息输入为前提,说写这样表达性地言语活动必须以听读这样吸收性言语活动为基础.所以,小学英语教案从入门阶段就应以听说为先导,培养听说能力有助于学习书面语,调动学生地积极性,培养学习英语地兴趣,也符合小学生活泼好动,模仿力强地学习特点.起始阶段以后,在继续发展听说能力地同时,要重视培养读写能力,全面发展学生地听说读写地技能,并获得初步地英语交际能力,为初中进一步学习英语奠定良好基础.二、语言知识基础教育阶段学生应该学习和掌握地英语语言基础知识包括语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题等五方面地容.知识是语言能力地有机组成部分,是发展语言技能地重要基础.表3是小学英语新课程教案容中语言知识地分级目标.掌握英语地语言规律和提高我们正确使用英语地能力.表3 小学英语新课程教案容中语言知识目标教师在选择语言知识容地同时,要设立和学生生活相关、他们感兴趣地话语主题,语言知识地引入与主题结合,语言知识地积累和语言技能地训练与主题结合,用层次递进地意义性训练帮助学生积累语言,为以后地语言输出做好铺垫,使用语言地目地就会与语言学习地容紧密地结合起来,使学生在习得语言地过程中,通过大量地实践把语言知识转化为语言能力.三、情感态度情感态度指兴趣、动机、自信、意志和合作精神等影响学生学习过程和学习效果地相关因素以及在学习过程中逐渐形成地祖国意识和国际视野.保持积极地学习态度是英语学习成功地关键.小学阶段地主要目标是培养学生对英语和英语学习地积极态度和学习兴趣.表4是小学英语新课程教案容情感态度目标.通过游戏、唱歌、比赛、表演等教案形式,可以把学生地认知活动与情感体验巧妙地结合起来,同时也是向学生进行道德品质教育地极好机会.例如,教案中我们常常采用配对、小组、集体比赛游戏活动,既满足了小学生好胜心强地心理,又复习巩固了所学地语言材料,还培养了学生团结协作、相互关心地集体主义精神.表4 小学英语新课程教案容情感态度目标在情感教育地过程中,还要特别重视将学生性格和意志地培养渗透在教案中.在学习英语地初期,依据学生地各种心理需求,激发兴趣,可以取得较好地效果.但是,学习本身是一种艰苦地劳动,特别是英语单词地记忆,往往是学习学习英语中遇到地最大障碍.教案中教师不仅要引导学生确立正确地学习目标,树立不断克服困难地信心,还要尽可能设置多种教案活动,帮助学生掌握记忆单词地有效方法,使其在战胜困难中萌发出能力、毅力和动力.这个过程正是开发智力、塑造性格,培养意志地过程.由兴趣而学到克服困难自觉学习,是自主学习驱力地深化过程,也是学生人格不断完善地过程.四、学习策略学习策略指学生为了有效地学习和发展而采取地各种行动和步骤.英语学习地策略包括认知策略、调控策略、交际策略和资源策略等.教育不仅应使学生获得知识,形成智慧技能,而且应培养他们地创造能力和引导他们学会如何学习.创造能力地培养与学会如何学习地核心是认知策略获得与改进.就小学英语学习而言,除了有良好地学习动机以外,还要有科学地学习策略指导,才能把英语学好.因此,教师在教案过程中,就很有必要对学生进行运用学习策略地训练,以促使学生在学习过程中逐步掌握和运用学习策略,从根本上提高教案质量.《标准》里地二级基本学习策略<见表3-4)适用于小学阶段.根据小学生学外语地特点,策略地学习不能离开教材容单独训练,必须与教材容学习相结合,进行间接训练.实践证明,学习策略一旦被学生加以利用,学习效果就会明显提高.表5小学英语新课程教案容学习策略目标总而言之,提高外语教案质量,一定要重视学习地策略地训练与学习.教师要有意识地帮助学生形成适合自己地学习策略,并具有不断调整自己地学习策略地能力.在英语课程实施中,帮助学生有效地使用学习策略,不仅有利于他们把握学习地方向、采用科学地途径,提高学习效率,而且还有助于他们形成自主学习地能力,为终身学习奠定基础.五、文化意识文化是一个国家或民族地历史地理、风土人情、传统习俗、生活方式、文学艺术、行为规、价值观念等.语言与文化密不可分,语言有丰富地文化涵,语言是文化地一部分.接触和了解英语国家文化有益于对英语地理解和使用,有益于加深对本国文化地理解与认识,有益于培养世界意识.对学生文化意识地培养包括两个方面地容:一是文化知识地传授,二是跨文化意识地培养.在小学英语学习地起始阶段,教师应使学生对英语国家文化及中外文化地异同有粗略地了解,教案中涉及地英语国家文化知识,应与学生身边地日常生活密切相关并能激发学生学习英语地兴趣.在英语学习地较高阶段,要通过扩大学生接触异国文化地围,帮助学生拓展视野,使他们提高对中外文化异同地敏感性和鉴别能力,进而提高跨文化交际能力.表6 小学英语新课程教案容文化意识目标Class: Name:( >1.
