带表卡尺操作管理规程1(目的1.1提供测量员带表卡尺操作之依据。
2(适用范围2.1适用于配件品质管理室测量室之带表卡尺。
3(定义无4(仪器特点4.1带表卡尺(以下简称表卡)是一种结构较普通，精度较高的量具。
由于其读数采用表盘指示的形式,故读数时较为方便快捷准确，高了效率。
4.2带表卡尺的结构形状如下图:指针表盘内侧测定面滑尺固定螺丝断差层测定面表盘固定螺丝主尺外侧测定面(表盘式结构图)4.3组成:表卡除了一般游标尺的构件外，还增加了表盘齿条齿轮等。
5(使用方法:5.1 使用前，擦净量爪的端面，避免有灰尘、铁屑等影响测量精度。
5.2检查零位是否对准，即当两卡脚测量面接触时，主副尺零线应对齐。
5.3测量外尺寸时，应先把量爪张开得比被测尺寸稍大。
5.4 测量内尺寸时，应把量爪张开得比被测尺寸小些。
5.5 慢慢推或拉游标卡尺副尺量爪，使它轻轻地接触被测表面。
如下图:5.6读数方法5.6.1先读整数:看刻度读取端面左边起主尺上第1条刻线的数值，即为整个读数的整数部份。

使用前，擦净量爪的端面，避免有灰尘、铁屑等，影响测量精度。
5.6.3将上面两次读取的数相加，即为所测尺寸。
5.6.4举例说明: 最小读数为0.02mm时，量表转1圈为2mm ，如下图本尺16mm，表0.62mm，则实际读数为16.62mm。
6(注意事项:6.1测量前要校对“0”线;6.2测量时量爪要轻轻地靠向被测面。
接触后推后，推力不能过大，否则整个副尺会斜，而造成测量误差。
有微调螺母的，转动螺母的力同样也不能过大。
6.3 测量时，被测面与卡尺应成垂直状态，量爪不能歪斜。
且根据被测面的形状选择量爪的适当部位进行测量;6.4 读数时，应将卡尺持平，朝着亮的方向来读数，眼睛应垂直于表盘，沿着指针的方向读数;6.5 不要用油石、砂纸等硬物去刮擦量具测量面和刻线部分，清洁卡尺需用干凈的软布; 6.6 不要用手触摸量具测量面，以免受蚀生锈,影响精度;6.7 使用过程中应轻拿轻放，用完应及时放回卡尺盒，避免不慎掉入地面摔坏。
7.保养7.1每日/每周各检查一次，看外观是否清洁，是否在校验期内，归零是否准确，检查是否有生锈。
填写仪器点检表。
7.2 每天下班前10分钟必须用防锈油进行一次保养，每班接班后使用前，都得再仔细检查一次，如有异常或疑问，请及时向测量工程师咨询。
7.3 每年校验一次。
