3.Party B shall be in accordance with the contents and requirements of work
arrangements from Party A, fulfill their duties, complete the work timely, and
comply with rules and regulations established by law by Party A.
4.Party A in accordance with work standards through examination, evaluation
confirmed that Party B does not competent in this position (types) of work,
Party A can exchange B positions (jobs) work. Within the contract being
executed, because of a change on work, agreed by both parties, Party A can
change the position of Party B.
【Working Protection, Working Conditions and protection against occupational hazards】
5.Party A shall establish protection system of operating procedures, work
specifications and occupational safety and health, occupational hazard, and
should train Party B. Party B during the work should strictly abide by the
norms and operating rules of the system.
6.Party A should provide the necessary labor protection articles for Party B.
Arrangement in Party B with occupational hazards, and periodically check
health for Party B.
7.About the job with occupational hazards, Party A should tell Party B honestly.
Occupational safety and health education on Party B prevents labor accidents
in the work, and reduce occupational hazards.
8.Party A should strictly comply the implementation of national, provincial and
municipal industrial accidents and occupational diseases reporting system.
Party B must strictly abide by the work of safe operation. If Party managers
conduct illegal command, or force risk operations, B have the right to refuse,
and it will not be considered a violation of the labor contract.
9.Party A should Comply with the national, provincial and municipal
regulations on the implementation of women and minors special labor
protection.
【Working Hours & Rest & Vocation】
10.Party A should arrange Party B for the implementation.The normal working
