Exercise is one of the most active and effective means to enhance the physical health. Secondly, playing sports is a good way to relax. When you are upset, sports may pull you out from depression. Finally, it ’s easier to make friends while you take part in sport activities, because you have the same interest. ’Ist important for making friends. Consequently, citizens are warned not to go out without wearing masks.How does it come about? Scientists have found that it is human activities that has caused this. The poisonous matters in the air mainly come as a result of people's burning coal, driving cars, industry production and so on. What should we do to stop the situation from worsening? First, the cars use cleaner fuels. Second, for us individuals, living a green life such as going to work or school by public transport. It is necessary to plant more trees. Only if we work together will Haze weather disappear completely.近年来，霾对人们的健康有不良影响。

2016.10Nowadays, the pressure of social life is more and more big, and people will become more and more afraid of loneliness, especially when the age is getting older. So people who after work often go together to look for fun,such as watching a movie.When it comes to movies，there are two different ways to watch movie, at home or in a cinema! I like to watch movies at home rather than at the cinema.Watch movies at home is very quiet, I can do whatever I want, sitting, or lying down, and I can eat snacks while drinking, can follow the plot, when happy laugh, sad cry! I don’t worry about bothering other people.This is why I like watching movies at home.如今，社会生活的压力越来越大，人们会越来越害怕孤独，尤其是当年龄越来越大的时候。
所以下班后经常一起去寻找乐趣的人，比如看电影。
说到电影，有两种不同的方式看电影，在家或者在电影院！我喜欢在家看电影，而不是在电影院。
在家看电影很安静，我可以做任何我想做的事，坐着，或者躺着，我可以边吃零食边喝酒，可以跟着情节走，开心的时候笑，悲伤的时候哭！我不担心打扰别人。
这就是为什么我喜欢在家看电影。
2017.4Dear Tom:How are you and your family? I hope you all healthy!This summer vacation,I take part in volunteer activities in community organizations.we went to the nursing home ,gave the elderly(老人) a haircut.We sent Some nice clothes for them and some books that they can read to pass the time.They were so happy for this.
