管理类学科博士生攻读学位期间发表学术论文要求根据建设与世界一流高水平大学相适应的管理学院的发展目标，管理学院学科分委员会经过认真分析讨论，决定对管理类博士生在攻读学位期间发表学术论文的要求进行适当调整。
博士生在攻读学位期间发表学术论文需满足下列要求之一：1、在学院认定的A+类高水平期刊发表论文1篇，或者在学院认定的A+类高水平国际期刊投稿论文1篇，该论文通过第1轮评审、并经修改后已进入第2轮评审。
附导师及学科/领域负责人签字确认的论文投稿信息、第1轮评审意见与结果和进入第2轮评审的论文全文。
论文署名规定满足下列条件之一：（1）博士生是所发表论文的第一或第二作者；在博士生作为第二作者时，第一作者应为导师或副导师；论文第一作者或者通讯作者的署名单位为哈尔滨工业大学。
（2）当论文作者中只有一位我校在读博士研究生时，博士生作为唯一通讯作者可视为第一作者，署名单位为哈尔滨工业大学。
2、在学院认定的A1或A2类高水平国际学术期刊发表论文1篇。
3、在SCI/SSCI检索期刊发表论文2篇。
4、在SCI/SSCI检索期刊发表论文1篇，同时在国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部认定的国内高水平期刊（公共管理学报、管理科学除外）发表论文1篇。
5、在SCI/SSCI检索期刊发表论文1篇，同时在国际学术会议发表英文论文2篇并由博士生本人参会报告。
由导师与学科负责人签字确认。
6、在国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部认定的国内高水平期刊（公共管理学报、管理科学除外）发表2篇论文，同时在国际学术会议发表英文论文1篇并由博士生本人参会报告。
7、在国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部认定的国内高水平期刊（公共管理学报、管理科学除外）或SCI/SSCI检索期刊发表论文1篇，同时至少在CSSCI/CSCD检索期刊或EI检索期刊发表论文2篇。
上述期刊论文中应至少有一篇为英文论文，否则须另外在国际学术会议发表英文论文1篇并由博士生本人参会报告。
说明1、期刊论文发表认定：包括正式发表或给出DOI编号的在线发表论文。
2、对于第2、3、4、5、6、7条发表论文的作者署名办法按照学校规定执行：文章署名中一般应有导师或副导师，且博士生必须是所发表论文的第一或第二作者；在博士生作为第二作者时，第一作者应为导师或副导师。
学术论文第一作者及通讯作者的署名单位均应为哈尔滨工业大学。
3、对国际学术会议类别不做统一规定，由导师和所在学科/领域确认。
4、该办法自2015年秋季入学博士生开始执行，此前入学博士生的发表论文要求可在原规定和本规定之间自行选择，选择原规定的博士生需在2019年8月31日前完成正式答辩。
