The process design is based on clie nt’s input document and client’s relevant comments.1.2. 设计中,严格遵守现行的国家政策、法规和有关环保、安全规范。

During the design, all applicable policies, rules and regulations relating to safety and environmental protection published by the government had been strictly followed.1.3. 项目业主Project Owner唐山考伯斯开滦炭素化工有限公司(简称TKK)Tangshan Koppers Kailuan Carbon Chemical Co. Ltd.(TKK)1.4. 项目名称Project Name焦油蒸馏工段生产线改造项目Tar Distillation Revamping Project1.5. 生产方案和处理能力Product Scheme and Capacity焦油蒸馏工段生产线改造项目是为30万吨/年焦油加工工程提高沥青QI指标,建于考伯斯开滦炭素化工有限公司厂内焦油蒸馏装置区内。

Tar Distillation Revamping Project is to improve pitch QI for 300,000t/a tar processing project. The project is located tar distillation site.年操作时间The annual operating time: 7920 hours2. 流程说明PROCESS DESCRIPTION本装置主要由焦油加热炉、沥青预处理塔、沥青处理塔、沥青塔循环泵及塔顶冷凝器组成。

This plant is consist of pitch column heater, pitch primary treatment vessel, pitch secondary treatment vessel, treatment vessel circulating pump, and overhead condenser.来自焦油塔底泵的拔顶焦油通过焦油进料泵P84111A/B加压送往进料预热器E84122B和E84122A的壳程,通过吸收处理的拔顶焦油的热量,然后被送往沥青塔加热炉F84103循环。

新鲜物料通过进入沥青塔加热炉循环泵进口管线与循环物料进行混合,通过沥青塔加热炉加热。

从加热炉循环物料溢流进入沥青处理塔T84105和T84106,沥青处理塔能保证停留时间在10~162min内。

每个塔在正常流量(29,813kg/h)时,停留时间保持在81min。

T84106塔底物料处理后的拔顶焦油经沥青塔循环泵P84115A/B,由T84106液位变送器控制进入杂酚油塔。

沥青处理塔塔顶产生的含有轻油的气体和不凝气进入塔顶冷凝器E84123冷却,液相进入凝液回收罐V84111,通过LT84133控制进入原中间罐组。

事故气体及安全阀泄放气体拟进入待建火炬系统。

Feed for the treatment process is topped tar drawn from the discharge of the Tar Column Reboiler Pumps. This material is delivered to Treatment Feed Pumps P84111A/B, which boost the pressure to that required for pitch yield improvement.The topped tar from bottom of tar column flows the shell sides of Treatment Feed Preheaters E84122B then E84122A, recovering heat from the treated topped tar leaving the treatment process. The topped tar feed then flows into the Pitch Column Heater F84103 circulating loop.Pitch Heater Circulating Pumps P84113A/B deliver a very high throughput of topped tar through the Pitch Column Heater F84103 and circulate this material from the discharge of the heater back through its suction. It is important to note the heater throughput does not change, regardless of the quantity of treatment process feed.Fresh feed mixed into the circulating flow at the circulating pump suction. This incoming feed tends to cool the circulating fluid, forcing additional heater firing.The treatment process feed overflows the Pitch Column Heater F84103 circulating loop and flows to the treatment vessel that can be adjusted for a variety of residence times from about 10 minutes through to 162 minutes. Each vessel provides sufficient capacity for 81 minutes residence time at the normal process feed rate (29,813kg/h).The treatment process product is treated topped tar which is from the Treatment Vessel Circulating Pumps P84115A/B discharge. It flows to the Creosote Column as feed under control of the level controller at Pitch Secondary Treatment Vessel T84106.The treatment vessels T84105 and T84106 produce an overhead stream consisting of light oil vapor and non-condensable gases.
