3 操作程序

温度，选择修正到这个温度即选上“修正到此温度” 所设置的才会 其作用，否则不起作用。 （6）定点电压设置 输入相应的定点电压就会有相应的定点电流值显示出来。 选上“不进行修正或者校准” 将所有的设置取消。 设定完之后按下“应用”按钮为应用状态，再按“退出”退出对话框。 3.3.3.2 档位设置 电压档选择：按下下拉菜单，根据电池的型号选中合适的电流，电压档 位。输入相应的光强的强度值。当使用脚踩开关时选上 “脚踩开关” 才会起作用。设定完之后按下“应用”按钮为应用状态，再按“退出” 退出对话框。

在工作台上放置硅片，准备测试。测试前一定要观察测试探针是否有弯 曲，折断，破损的探针，再检查参考电池是否被覆盖，如果被覆盖，对 测试出的数据有一定的影响。将硅片放置在测试探针下面，然后按气动 控制手动开关，观察探针是否与正电极完全吻合，如果有偏差，要把测 试刀升上去，再移动硅片观察，直到吻合为止。
