工程所在地青岛市城阳区,当地抗震设防烈度为6度。
设计过程中,综合考虑了经济指标和施工技术方面要求,按照建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计的顺序进行。
建筑设计,在保证满足使用功能要求的前提下,考虑城市景观和周边的环境特点、防火等级要求,进行建筑平面、立面设计。
建筑设计达到适度先进水准。
结构设计依据现行有关规范进行,主要包括结构选型及布置、确定计算单元及计算简图、荷载计算、内力计算与组合、构件设计、楼梯设计、基础设计等内容。
本工程采用横向承重的钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,选择了有代表性的一榀框架进行计算。
对于竖向荷载作用下的内力采用分层法计算,水平荷载作用下的内力采用D 值法计算。
施工组织设计根据设计说明书的要求,综合考虑工期要求、施工人数等因素,将建筑划分为4个施工段流水作业。
通过合理安排,保证物资资源需求的均衡性,工作队工作的连续性,既缩短工期,又取得良好的经济效益。
关键词:建筑设计;结构设计;内力计算及组合;施工组织设计Design of A College Academic Building in QingDao City(Project 8ABSTRACTThis project is a study building with 5 floors in QingDao City, the structure is a reinforced concrete frame system. The building locates in ChengYang Area, where the earthquake resistance fortification is 6 degrees. During the design process, we consider the economic indicator, construction technology, and keep to the following order: architectural design, structural design, construction organization plan.The architectural design should meet the requirement of using function, we should also consider the city landscape, the environment characteristic and fire prevention demands, then carry on the plan and elevation design. The architectural design achieves the moderate advanced standard.The structural design basis on current relevant codes, which includes the structure style selection and arrangement, calculation unit and schematics determination, load calculation,stress computation and combination, component design, staircase design and foundation design. This project adopts a transverse RC frame system , we choose a representative frame to carry on the calculation. When computing the stress caused by vertical load, we adopt the laminated method, and the one caused by level load we use the D value method.The construction organization plan is carried out basis on the requirement in the design instruction. Considering the time limit for the project、construction population and other factors ,we divide the building into 4 sections to execute the construction. We could guarantee the material resource demand equalization, the work team work continuity with the reasonable arrangement.
