甲方：
Sinohydro 8th Bureau hereafter is called A
乙方：
Pt. Sarana Baja Perkasa hereafter called B
依照《新加坡合同法》、《建筑安装工程承包合同条例》、《建设工程施工合同》及其它有关法律、行政法规，为加快印尼亚齐燃煤电厂工程建设，遵循平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，结合本工程具体情况，经甲、乙双方经过充分协商，就乙方为甲方提供劳务合作事宜取得共识，特签订此协议。
According to Contract Law of Singapore, Construction & Installation Standard, Construction Project Contract Code and other related laws, code, standards, in order to finish Indonesia Aceh 2*110 MW Power Plant project. We are here to make this contract between Part A and Party B.

1. General
1、劳务分包工作对象及提供劳务内容
1. Job Information
工程名称：钢筋砼管桩桩基工程施工
Project Name: Reinforced Concrete Piling Construction
工程地点：亚齐省印尼亚齐燃煤电厂（2×112MW）地基管桩。
Project Location: Indonesia Aceh 2*110 MW Power Plant
工程数量：以实际完成工程数量为准
Project Quantity: Subject to actual finished quantity
2、劳务工期：
2. Contracting Period
自2009年01 月22 日进场至2009年07 月23 日止完成全部合同工作项目，总工期为180 天。如拆迁不到位等原因影响，工期在甲方控制下酌情顺延。
Starts on January 22nd 2009 (mobilization starting date) to July 23rd 2009, all the said jobs shall be done, total period is 180 days. Schedule can be discussed only when it is not caused by B, but it shall be approved by A.
3、质量标准
3. Quality Standard
符合当地国家施工验收和电力部部颁验收标准，工程一次合格率100%，工程创部优。
Fulfill Indonesia National Standard and owner’s requirement and approval.
4、合同文件及解释顺序

就本合同项目乙方出具的承诺书、本合同、本合同附件、甲方与业主签订的施工合同协议书专用条款和通用条款、图纸规范、资料表和构成合同组成部分的其他文件。

5、标准规范
5. Standard
本合同适用标准规范如下：

(1)现行的电力工程质量检验评定验收标准；
(1) Current power project quality acceptance standards
(2)业主、监理工程师、甲方要求的其他施工规范及标准。
(2) Owner, supervisor and other related standards and codes
6、安全管理
6. Safety Management
甲乙双方需另签订《施工安全协议》，具体安全相关内容以《施工安全协议》为准。
Construction Safety Agreement must be signed between A and B, whose contents will be the standards for this project.
Agreement will be signed when mobilization takes place.
