查看SGSN进程：1.命令cd ..回到根目录 2.进入/Core/log目录 3.执行tail isp.log 4.如果需要从头看执行less isp.log系统端口检查list_inbound_pf_policylist_outbound_pf_policy –ifp ETH_2_12_0 –fr 1get_inbound_pf_ruleget_outbound_pf_rule配置信息gsh export_config_active /解析APN和路由区/tmp/DPE_SC/ApplicationData/dnsApp/test_resolv直接运行test_resolv 命令，输入cmwap或cmnetgsh get_subscriber –a –imsi xxxx 检查用户信息，查看用户信息是否做了用户需要激活的PDP ID检查7号信令链路状态（/Core/log/ss7trace.log文件中链路状态是否为11096），确认故障已完全恢复。
