汽车摩擦离合器参数优化与结构设计
摘要
离合器实现了汽车主从动件的分离,保证汽车起步平稳。它可以实现换挡平顺和过载保护的重要部件,离合器类似于开关,接合或断离动力传递作用,并且在传动过程中还要有相对转动。离合器用在各种车里,深入研究具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。任何形式的汽车都有离合装置,只是形式不同而已。

This paper briefly introduces the clutch, classification, development and future direction of development.At first I learn the related knowledge of MATLAB, and combined with the "mechanical optimization design " , the mathematical model of the diaphragm spring and the pressure plate and optimization design. 本文在对离合器的产生、分类、发展以及今后的发展方向进行了简要介绍,首先我学习了matlab相关知识,并结合《机械最优化设计》一书,进行了对膜片弹簧和压盘的与优化设计的数学模型。之后通过数学计算确立了各个部件的参数,并对一些部件的尺寸进行设计和校核,绘制了总体装配图和部分零件图,运用了CAD进行图形绘制二维图,使用solidworks进行三维建模,并进行了装配。
