聚晶金刚石复合片及其生产工艺简述

聚晶金刚石复合片及其生产工艺简述(1)聚晶金刚石复合片全部选用国产原材料,经过重新整形、提纯、净化、配料、组装等工序,在国产六面顶(液)压机上,采用先进的超高压-高温合成工艺,生产聚晶金刚石复合片坯料(1) Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC)Select and use domestic raw materials, and after the procedures of re-coining, purification, purging, burdening and assembling, use advanced ultra high pressure-high temperature synthesis technology to produce polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) billet on the domestic cubic (hydraulic) press.聚晶金刚石复合片具体生产工艺简述:1)根据订单和公司计划下达生产任务单;2)原料、辅料的购置;3)整形:对金刚石的形状进行严格控制,对所购原料进行重新整形,尽量去除长条形等不规则形状的金刚石颗粒,获得圆度好的、基本上为球形的金刚石颗粒;Introduction of the specific production technology of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC):1) Assign production tasks in accordance with the orders and company plan;2) Purchase raw materials and auxiliary materials;3) Coining: strictly control the diamond shape, re-coin the purchased raw materials, and do the best to eliminate the diamond particles with irregular shapes such as strip ones to obtain diamond particles with good roundness and which are basically spherical.4) 分级:将混合粉料放入烧杯中,加入超净化去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,根据不同粒度沉降时间不同的原理选取所需粒度,使用激光粒度分析仪对粒度的分布进行精确测量;5)净化:对金刚石微粉、钴粉及其他原料进行氢气还原处理;氢气还原处理工艺:在氢气还原炉中处理,依据材料的不同选择不同的处理温度,大致范围为500-800℃;4) Classification: put the mixed powder into the beaker, add super-purgative deionized water, stir and mix it evenly, select required particle size in accordance with the settling time theory of different particle sizes, and use the laser particle size analyzer to accurately measure the distribution of particle sizes;5) Purification: perform hydrogen reductive treatment to diamond micro-powder, cobalt powder and other raw materials; hydrogen reductive treatment techniques: process it in the hydrogen reducing furnace, select different treatment temperatures in accordance with different materials, and the proximate range should be between 500-800℃;6)配料:按照一定的比例将金刚石与钴粉、以及少量的微量元素进行混合,其中金刚石的粒度严格控制,强调平均粒度以及不同粒度的配合比例。

所配原料在球磨机中进行充分混合,严格控制球磨时间和球磨机转速;:对于大尺寸聚晶金刚石切割刀片在装料时,要采取特定的装料方式以保证复合片中聚晶金刚石层的厚度的均匀性;。

对于聚晶立方氮化硼切割刀片,工序中需将金刚石微粉改换为氮化硼微粉、Co 等原料,改为合适的粘结剂粉末(铝、氮化铝、氮化钛等各种粉末);6) Burdening: mix the diamond, cobalt powder and a small amount of microelements in accordance with a certain proportion, of which the diamond particle sizes should be under strict control, and the mixture ratio of average particle size and different particle sizes should be emphasized. Adequately mix the burdened raw materials in the ball mill, and strictly control the ball milling time and the rotating speed of the ball mill; when loading big-size polycrystalline diamond cutting blades, special loading method should be adopted to ensure even thickness of the polycrystalline diamond layer in the compact; for the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) cutting blades, during the procedure, change the diamond micro-powder into materials like boron nitride micro-powder and Co, and change it into appropriate binder powder (such as various powders like aluminium, aluminium nitride and titanium nitride).7)组装:在200t 油压机上压制近似于立方体的叶蜡岩块;将球磨好的原料在真空度为10-3Pa 的情况下进行真空热处理,冷却出炉后尽快将原料放入钼杯中并用钼盖盖好;8)合成:根据合成聚晶金刚石复合片的尺寸选择合适吨位的六面顶压机进行超高压高温合成。

如果需要合成大尺寸的聚晶金刚石复合片,需选用大吨位的六面顶压机,针对部分产品及工艺的特殊要求,有时需要使用目前国内最大的20000 吨六面顶压机。

所需温度为1500-1800℃,压力最大保持6GPa。

该步骤是整个工序中最重要的部分,也是技术的核心,必须优化工艺参数以达到最优化的合成工艺。

产品种类、规格不同,合成所用参数需要调节;PCBN合成时,合成方法与合成聚晶金刚石刀片的方法相同,但工艺参数依据氮化硼含量和粘结剂含量、种类的不同而有较大的不同。

7) Assembling: press the pyrophyllite blocks with cubic shapes on the 200t oil hydraulic press; perform vacuum heat treatment to the ball milled materials under a vacuum degree of 10-3Pa, put the material into the molybdenum cup as soon as possible after discharge and cooling, and cover it well with a molybdenum cap;8) Synthesis: choose a cubic press of appropriate tonnage in accordance with the size of PDC to perform super high pressure-high temperature synthesis. Synthesis of big-size PDC requires cubic press of big tonnage, and sometimes the current biggest domestic cubic press of 20,000 tonage is needed in accordance with special technological requirements of some products and procedures. Required temperature is 1500-1800℃, and the biggest pressure is 6GPa. This step is the most important part in the whole procedure as well as core of the technology, and technological parameters must be optimized to generate optimized synthesis technology. Parameters used in the synthesis need to be adjusted in accordance with different product categories and sizes; when synthesizing PCBN, the method is the same with the synthesis of polycrystalline diamond cutting blades, but there are major differences of technological parameters in accordance with different contents and categories of boron nitride and binder.9)喷砂:合成后的产品在叶蜡岩块中,首先去除叶蜡岩块和包覆的钼杯,之后进行喷砂处理,除去加工合成过程中和去除叶蜡岩块和钼杯时黏附的氧化物、叶蜡岩等,露出产品坯料;10)磨外圆:对产品坯料用外圆磨床磨外圆。
