第二章 工程量计算
根据施工段的划分原则,每层分两个施工段,分界线在5号轴线柱右侧。取1~5轴基础层为第1施工段,6~10轴基础层为第2施工段,其它层依次类推。
一、土方工程量
根据土的类别取基坑放坡系数为0.5。
基础尺寸:2.05m×2.05m。
下底: (四周考虑0.3m的工作面)。
上底: 。
采用机械挖土,考虑到基坑开挖尺寸及运输车辆的进出,选择采用条形开挖;不考虑地基梁所需挖土的土方量。

第一章 工程概况
一、建筑、结构概况
建筑设计特点:本工程为某无线电厂生产车间,总体呈矩形分布,建筑物总高16.90m,总长54.30m,总宽21.3m;共四层,首层层高为4.5m,二、三标准层层高均为4.2m,顶层层高4.0m,屋顶为平屋顶。
结构设计特点:本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,框架柱统一截面尺寸为400mm×450mm,梁截面300mm×400mm、300mm×500mm和300mm×600mm等,楼面铺设180mm厚预应力钢筋混凝土空心板。采用柱下独立基础,尺寸均为2050mm×2050mm,阶梯形;基础埋深为2.0m,下设100厚混凝土垫层;采用现浇混凝土板式楼梯;室外设计地坪标高为-0.45m。
