NEWTEC is one of the world leaders in packaging industry. It is a 30 years old company with its headquarter in Odense, Denmark. It has a branch production in Britain and dealers in 35 countries all over the world.
NEWTEC是全球包装工业的龙头企业之一，其总部位于丹麦的欧登塞，公司有着30年的历史，在英国设立有分公司并在全球35个国家拥有经销商。
Now NEWTEC is going to start its office in China. So here we are seeking a stable General Manager to join our Management team in Newtec China.
现在NEWTEC开始着手在中国建立它的办事处。
因此我们现在招聘一个稳定的总经理来加入NEWTEC的中国团队。
It is a full time work which will start around March，2008. You are required to come to workshop of NEWTEC Denmark to get trained soon after recruited. The time will be about 2-4 weeks.
工作的性质是全职的，聘用者将于2008年3月份左右开始工作。
被聘者在正式上任之前将赴丹麦NEWTEC的车间工场进行培训。
培训的时间将是2到4个星期。
Responsibility 职责
Your main responsibility is to execute the decision of board’s meeting; managing the company running well in order to realize the yearly goals and meet profit targets.
被聘者的主要职责是执行董事会的决议；管理公司的正常运作并保证完成公司每年的工作任务和实现利润目标。
The recent tasks include:

-Learning the project strategies and machine related knowledge.
学习项目策略和相关机械知识。
-Recruit 2 purchase managers.

-Help set up an representative office and run.
帮助建立一个代表处并负责其运行。
-Make detail Strategic Planning of the production set up.
制作详细的产品市场开发战略和计划。
-Financial work at the beginning stage.

-Reporting during the work. Twice /month.

-Organize and implement the yearly plan, budget report, profit split report, which are approved by the board.

-Organize and implement the new projects that decided by the Board.

-Daily Management to keep the company running well. Within the right that the director authorized, sign agreements and contracts on behalf of the artificial person of NEWTEC China.

运用高层授予的权利，代表NEWTEC中国法人签订协议和合同。
-Keep a good production discipline in the company. Have rights to encourage and punish, or even retire employers.
保证公司内部的生产纪律，并拥有奖励、处罚和开除员工的权利。
-Employ technical, legal and financial professions according to the production and management needs.
招聘技术、法律和金融的相关人才。
- Exanimate and approve projects within yearly plan, like managing, investing and building.
从管理、投资和房地产方向研究和实施年计划内的项目。
- Make healthy financial management, restrict disciplines. Take care of the assets value holding and increasing.
制定健康的金融管理方式和严格的纪律。

- Man, age older than 35; energetic!

- Background of Mechanics and Electronics with related Diploma or Degree is preferred

- At least 2 years management experience.

- Better oral and reading English is preferred.

- Super at using office software.

- Good at coordination and used to work under high pressure.

- Able to travel if needed.

-Able to communicate before Beijing time 20:00 if needed. The working hour would be Beijing time 10:00-18:00 and normally the communication time is between Beijing time.14:00-18:00
