甲乙双方经协商同意，就买方同意向广州逸展汽车销售有限公司购买汽车之事宜订立购销合同条款如下：
第一条：合同车辆
乙方要求购买，甲方同意销售的车辆，详细情况如下：
第二条；验货和提货
1、在甲方所在地验货和交货。只有在甲方收齐全部货款后（若以汇票或支票结算时，应以全部货款到达甲方帐户为准），乙方才能提车，并签收提车单。
2、如乙方要求甲方送货到指定地点的，一切费用与风险由乙方承担和负责。
3、乙方应于提货当日对新购车辆进行仔细验收，有异议时当场指出，经甲方确认后作出处理；而检验后无异议，甲方交给乙方有关单证，乙方即提货时，视为标的物已完全转移。
第三条：结算方式
1、本合同签订后，乙方于2014 年 5 月21 日向甲方支付人民币￥（大写：贰拾肆萬壹仟元）作购买上述车辆的订金，余款￥（大写：元）。可按下列方式支付①余款于2014 年5 月30 日付清。②余款由乙方向银行贷款的方式支付（若银行不批准乙方的贷款责任由乙方自负，乙方仍应付清余款）。
2、乙方若不需要甲方办理上牌手续时，余款在提车时一齐结清。
3、若需要甲方协助办理上牌手续时，在取得车管部门出具的受理车辆办牌回执（即该车的行使证待办凭证）时，一次性付完余款。
第四条：办理上牌手续
1、如需办理上牌手续，甲方应积极协助办理汽车上牌手续，在收齐乙方购车订金和其有效证件资料后，甲方于7 个工作日内办理好上牌手续（指取得上述代办凭证）。
2、办理上牌的过程中，乙方应积极配合甲方的工作，合同签订的10 日内，应向甲方提供汽车上牌的有关资料，若因乙方不能及时提供车辆上牌的有关资料，或不能亲自到场协助上牌的相关环节而引致拖廷上牌的时间，责任由乙方负责。
