交际运用：指问和问路
第1类：问路用语
常用的问路表达方式：
1. Excuse me, can you tell me the way to the library?
打扰一下，你能告诉我去图书馆的路吗？
2. Excuse me, how can I get to the airport?
劳驾，我怎样可以到达机场？
3. Excuse me, can you tell me where the post office is?
请问，你能告诉我邮局在哪里？
4. Excuse me, is there a bank near here? 请问，附近有银行吗？
5. Excuse me, where is the hospital? 请问，医院在哪儿？
It’s just across from the church. 在就在教堂的对面。

第2类：问距离和交通方式
问距离和交通方式的常用表达方式：
1.How far is it the library from here? 图书馆离这里有多远？
2.How can I get there? 我怎样到那里？
3.Which bus shall I take? 我应该乘坐哪辆巴士？
第3类：指路用语
情况1：当别人向你打听，你知道路时，根据实际情况回答：
1.Walk down this street. 沿着这条街走。

Go along this road. 沿着这条路走。

2.Go along this road to the end. 沿着这条路走到尽头。

3.Go across the street. / Cross the street. 穿过这条街。

4.Turn left/right at the first crossing. 在第一个十字路口左拐/右拐。

Take the first turning (转弯) on the left/ right. 第一个路口左转/右转。

5.You’ll see... on the right/left. 你会看到……在右边/左边。

6.Take the No... Bus and it will take you straight there.
乘坐……路公交就能直接把你带到那。

7.It’s about ... meters from here. 这里离那里大约……米。

8.It’s about ... minutes’ walk from here. 这里走到那大约要……分钟。

9.You’d better take a taxi. 你最打的去。

10.You can’t miss it. 你不会错过它的。

/你一定会找到它的。

情况2：当别人向你打听，而你不知道路时，可用下面的句子来答复对方。

1. Sorry, I don’t know. I’m new here, too. 对不起，我不知道。

我也是刚到这儿的。

2. I’m sorry, I’m not sure. You’d better ask the policeman over there.
对不起，我不能确定，你最好问那边的警察。

第4类：感谢用语
当别人为你指路时，你应用：
1、Thank you very much. / Thanks a lot.等来表示感谢。

2、当你请求别人帮助，但对方由于某种原因无法帮助你而表示歉意时，
你应该礼貌地说一声：Thank you all the same. 仍然要谢谢你。
