一、用途和性能规范function and main performance specifications
1、用途function
D373H蝶阀系列是本公司引进国外技术和本公司蝶阀制造经验开发的一种蝶阀。
本阀是蜗轮蜗杆硬密封对夹式蝶阀，利用执行装置进行操作实现开关阀门，其在管网系统中起到接通与切断和调节流量的作用。
D373H is a kind of butterly valve which is introduced from foreign technology and manufactured based on experience by our company. the butterfly valve is hard sealed and wafer end with worm and worm gear ,operating the acuators to open or close valve,and it is used for connecting and cutting and regulating the flow of medium in the pipeline.
2、性能规范performance specifications
二、执行标准
1）设计和制造按API609。
Design and manufacture: API609
2）结构长度按ASMEB16.10标准或按协议执行。
Face to face: ASMEB16.10 3）法兰连接尺寸按ASME B 16.5。
Flange end according to ASME B 16.5
4）检查与试验按API598。

1可拆卸式蝶板，更变于维修。
Detachable disc, easy for maintenance.
2双半轴设计，流线型蝶板增大过流面积，使流阻更小。
Double semi axle design, streamlined disc will increase the flow of medium, so the flow resistance will be smaller.
3高性能的本阀可配装涡轮、电动、气动等驱动装置保证各种场合的使用需要。
this kinds of high-performance valve can be equipped with gear box, electric and pneumatic drivers, to ensure all kinds of conditions.

五．吊运安装及保管winching, installation and keeping
1、吊运winching
1）运输或安装时,切不可撞击执行装置及阀门等。
Transport or installation, must not impact the actuators and valves.
2）吊装时应轻起轻落,不得有强烈振动,以免损坏部。
It should be light and not have a strong vibration when winching the valve, so as to avoid damaging the main parts
2、安装installation
1）安装前应核对本阀铭牌上参数是否符合使用要求。
Pre-installation should check the parameters of the valve’s plate whether it is compliance with requirements or not.
2）必须清洗阀体、蝶板密封面及内腔，不允许有污垢附着，检查各部位、部件有无损伤、损坏现象，各连接部分螺拴是否紧固。
It must clean the body,disc sealing face and inner cavity,dont allow any dirt, ensure all the various parts, components are not damaged and all the connecting parts are fastened well.
3）蝶阀全开、全关位置的调整（出厂时已调好，如有变动需重调）：先将全开位置调节螺栓向上调节，待蝶板全开后再将螺栓向下调节，顶紧连杆消除机械连接的间隙，然后紧固螺母即可。
全关位置调整与此相同。
Adjustment for butterfly valve which is in full open/full close position:(it has been adjusted well when get out from the warehouse, if there are any changes, please readjust):first of all upward the adjusting bolt untill the disc fully opened, than downward the adjusting bolt,top tight the connecting rod untill there are no any space, fix the nut! Adjustment for full close position is the same as above.
3、保管：keeping
本阀长期存放时，应放在阴凉干燥通风室内，凡加工面均应涂防锈油，液压系统应有防尘措施，油箱内的液压油应全部放掉，以免变质，电气箱应有防尘防潮措施，不允许露天存放。
when long-term storage,the valve should be placed in a cool dry and ventilated room, the machined surface should be coated anti-rust oil, hydraulic system should be provention, get out all the oil in hydraulic oil tank in order to avoid deterioration, the elextric box should be dustproofed and drampproof,don't allowed open-air storage!
