求职信要用一般现在时和第一人称来组织文章。
求职信一般分为三部分：
第一部分写你得知招聘信息的渠道和你要申请的职位。

I have learnt that you are looking for … and I would like to apply for the position.

第二部分写你申请这个职位的原因，陈述你的个人经历及技能，简明扼要地说明你能胜任的理由。
