摘要：房产中介管理系统是为房屋中介机构管理房屋出租、出售信息资料而设计的信息管
理系统，此系统是一个小型的房产中介管理系统，但数据库是要求数据的一致性和完整性、
安全性的，用以储存单位工程文档资料及相关信息，应用程序系统要求应用程序功能完备、
易于使用和界面友好等。经过前面分析，确定数据库采用桌面数据库 ACCESS+AD0 数据对象

1.1 开发背景及现状
随着房地产业的开发，房产中介行业也随之发展起来，由于房改政策的出台， 购房、售房、租房的居民越来越多，这对房产中介部门无疑是一个发展的契机。 但是与国外成熟的房产市场相比，我国房产中介行业的发展相比较落后。比如买 卖双方信息不对称，行业管理不健全，经营不规范等，落后的管理方式与信息技 术的快速发展脱节，导致数据的重复率与出错率升高，办公效率低下，给客户及 管理者带来了不少麻烦。因此，开发设计者在提高办公效率，方便房产中介部门
