英语面试的时候，这么凑巧，楼主遇到了初中同桌做HR，后来知道她是刚刚进海信，做技术，被拉来HR做校招。
海信人资人手不够。
这一轮基本没刷人，用大家的话说就是第一轮的英语面简直就是耍人。
当晚，大家都收到了第二天无领导小组面试的通知。
●下一点，一般来说，三轮面试吧。
我说的是做技术类的。
一轮——集团群面，英文的，自我介绍一两个小问题，很简单，你要做的就是网上搜一个自我介绍背熟了，再就是，问你问题的时候不要做死，什么叫做死？比如说，问你喜欢看什么书？你回答《Harry Potter 》，很好；你要是回答《三国演义》你就是白痴了，你会英文说三国演义吗？你回答了三国演义他就可以问你最喜欢谁，为什么喜欢。
然后慢慢的你就S13了。
●面试官一共有三个，一个外国男的，和两个中国女的～我们组一共9个，居然只有我一个男的，湖大的也只有3个，另外6个全是中南的，真汗。
面试开始了，原来很简单，就是两个过程，9人每人自我介绍1-2分钟，然后那个外国人再问每人一个问题就ok了。
自我介绍，大家都是准备好了的，大多人都没啥问题，我也说得很流利。
问问题的时候，大家却都露馅了，大家全都有点结巴，哈哈～不过这倒不影响大局，只要你不是说得太差.。
●一面：11月2日，一对一的“群面”，全英文，自我介绍英文提问每组十人左右，我们组五个人，群面加引号是因为，五个人一起进去，逐一自我介绍和回答问题，没有任何小组活动。
第一次流利的说完自我介绍，但是被北大的GG评价说太像背的，不过英语面试总算有所突破。
●8点开始进房间，才知道原来是1个hr面8个人！！先是英文自我介绍，然后每人回答1~2个问题，问题内容都不相同，但很常规。
你为什么加入海信啦，如果不雇你你会怎么样啊，你喜欢的课程啦，介绍一下你的校园啊，描述你的一个朋友啊，还有如果你爱上一个女生（对男生问的嘿嘿）你会怎么做啊，能想起来的就这些。
答完问题就结束了，整个过程全英文，面试结束后跟hr用中文询问了一下答复时间，说是明后天。
总的来说，真的不难，自我介绍准备好，发音好听的都给人留下深刻印象，后面的问题也就考口语水平（可惜我觉得自己答的不好，555~）另外提醒大家，hr只收那个登记表，什么证书啊自制简历啊都会退给你的。
半个小时一组，一组7.8个人，还两个房间同时进行，天哪，原来这么多人都进一面了，唉，我之前还沾沾自喜来着~不管怎么样，毕竟第一次面试，给自己打70分吧，嘿嘿，自我感觉我的英文水平是同组里面算好的。
同志们，加油奋斗啊●海信面试是英文的。
根据那边情况，法学院有好几个教室同时进行，每组十个人，不到半小时结束。
每人先用英语自我介绍，规定是一分钟，但实际上面试官不会打断任何一个人，只要你能说，一直说下去，但也别太长，三到五分钟差不多了，也都考虑其他战友。
