1.0.4本技术规范书所使用的标准如遇与供方所执行的标准不一致时,按较高标准执行。

The proposed power plant site is located at about 25km South of Cuddalore and about 5 km north of Porto Novo. The Land proposed falls invillages Kottattai, Ariyaghoshti Villiayannalur and Silambimangalam and bounded by Parangipettai on the south side. The proposed marine facilities for the power plant will be built on the coast adjoining the power plant. The site is accessible by well developed roads. Railway lines are also located adjacent to the western side of site boundary.The town of Cuddalore has all infrastructural facilities and has number of Industries. Cuddalore is well connected by both state highways, National highways and has direct rail link with Chennai. National Highway NH-45A (Villupuram-Puducherry-Cuddalore-Chidambaram-Nagapattinam Highway) passes through Cuddalore. Seismic DataSeismic loads to be considered for design of structures shall be as per as per IS : 1893.2.3 安全滑触线技术规格2.3.1 概述本次招标的安全滑触线用于印度IL&FS Cuddalore烟气脱硫工程电动葫芦的供电,安全滑触线必须是全新的采用先进技术设计制造,具有良好的安全性、可靠性,满足招标要求的全套产品。
2.3.2 生产厂资格认证及产品标准要求。
2.3.2.1 企业应具有GB9001-2000《质量管理体系认证》,国家3C强制认证。
2.3.2.2 产品执行JB/T6391《起重机滑接输电装置形式和基本要求》。
2.3.2.3 生产厂年销售滑触线40万米以上,生产滑触线十年以上,提供供货合同复印件等有效证明文件。
经有关审计部门认证盖章的年财务报表。
2.3.2.4 投标方需提供近2年的主要用户名单及供货量、联系人及电话。
