依照《中华人民共和国合同法》、《建筑装饰装修管理规定》、《住宅室内装饰装修管理办法》、《建筑安装工程承包合同条例》和国家工商行政管理局、建设部颁发的《建筑工程施工合同示范文本》(GB-91-0201)及有关法律、法规规定，就本项装修工程有关事项，经双方协商达成如下协议，以昭信守：
In accordance with the PRC Contract Law , Administration Rules of Decoration of Civil Engineering , Administration Rules For Indoor Home Decoration , Construction Installation Engineering Contract Regulations and Construction & Project Works Contract Standard Form(GB-91-0201)
issued by the National Commerce & Administration Board & Construction Department, and relevant laws, regulations and rules , the parties reach the following agreement in witness thereof for this project.

第三条装修审批和资质Approval and Qualification of Decoration
1、除本合同另有规定外，乙方同意依法办理与装修有关的所有审批、登记及验收手续。上述审批手续包括但不限于公安消防部门的审批。
Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Party B agrees to complete all the approval , registration and check & accept formalities (the
“Approval Formalities " ) related to the Decoration Projects as required by law. The Approval Formalities include but not limited to the approval or registration with the authority in charge of public security and fire protection.
2、乙方在此向甲方保证，其具备必要的装修资质和其他资质。本合同项下甲方
发包给乙方的所有装修工程均没有超出乙方资质证书规定的范围。如果乙方不具
备法律要求的相应资质，由乙方承担由此给甲方带来的所有损失。
Party B hereby warrants to Party A that it has the necessary qualification for
decoration project as well as other qualifications and all the
Projects consigned to Party B by Party A under this Agreement are within the business scope as indicated in the qualification certificate(s) of
Party B. If Party B does not have the qualification(s) as required by Law, Party B shall bear all the losses incurred by Party A thereof.
第四条工程价款及付款方式Contract Amount & Payment Terms
1、本工程合同价款为人民币：0000000 元整。

2、付款方式：
Payment terms:
(1) 100胎同价款，人民币：000000元整，在乙方如期完成全部的装修施工工
程并经甲方根据第八条验收合格后，甲方将丁收到乙方正式发票后30天内按实
际完成的工作量及投标单价予以结算支付。
100% of Contract Amount: RMB 20 , 890.30 shall be checked and 叩proved according to Article 8 by the Party A after all decoration work has been completed in time. Then payment shall be released by Party A according to actual B&Q within 30 days after the formal receipt has been issued to party A.
(2) 由丁设计变更及甲方要求修改等而引起的工程量较大的增减时，须由乙方
编制增减工程预算书，经甲方审核确认后，在相应的工程进度款付款时予以结算支付。Whendesign drawings or the Party A required modification cause big change in B&Q, Party B should first prepare for the additional budget of B&Q.
