This Contract of Employment is entered into in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka between XXXXXXX. (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) and

Article 1. DEFINITIONS
The Employer desires to recruit the Employee in the Project and the Employee is willing to
work for the Employer with full commitment and responsibilities during the Employment Period.
1.“Employer” means XXXXXXX, a company duly incorporated under the Laws of Sri Lanka and having its registered office at 445A, 7/1, Galle Road, Colombo 03 in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and a person assigned by the Employer to act
on its behalf, including a person assigned to act for any such authorized person, with the contacte-mailaddress:*********************.
2.“Employee” means _____________________________________________________, holder of National Identity Card No. ___________________________ of (address)

3.“Contract” means this Contract of Employment entered into between the Employer and

4.“Project” means AVIC International Residential Project at No 418, 420, 422, R. A. De
Mel Mawatha Road, Colombo 03.
一、定义
雇主愿意雇佣雇员在项目上工作，雇员愿意在雇佣期内对自己的工作敬业负责。

Article 2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
二、条款条件
mencement of Employment:
The Employer agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee agrees to work solely for the Employer, commencing on ______________ and ending on ______________ for a fixed period of ________ (____) Month (hereinafter referred to as the “Employment Period”); provided, however, that, if the Employee breaches any of these terms, provisions or conditions of the Contract, the Employer may terminate the Contract prior to the end of the said Employment Period at its own discretion under the conditions contained herein.
1. 受雇日期
业主同意雇佣雇员，雇员愿意且只为雇主工作，从_______年_______月_______日起
生效，到_______年_______月_______日为止，为期_______月（后指“合同期”）
的定期合同。但如果雇员违反合同条款条件，雇员有权单独在合同期未到之前终止
本合同。
2.Scope of Work and Responsibilities:
The Employee will be assigned to the position as ________________________________ under ____________________________________ Department.
During the aforesaid Employment Period or term of the Contract, the Employee shall devote his/her entire time and attention to his/her own duties and responsibilities and carrying out his/her own scope of work in good faith and with diligence as directed by the Employer.
The Employee shall comply with all of the rules and regulations of the Employer and instructions or orders issued by the Employer.
The Employee shall render the services assigned by the Employer to the maximum satisfaction of the Employer and to the best of his/her ability and performance in diligent, trustworthy, business-like, efficient and proactive manner.
During his/her Employment Period the Employee shall not engage in any other business or employment.
Employee’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities refers to Attachment I.
2. 工作范围及职责：

在上述合同期内，雇员应按雇主要求将全部时间和精力放在工作上，勤勉敬业完成
自己的工作和职责。
雇员须遵守雇主的规章制度及发布的指示、指令。
雇员须完成雇主指派任务，做到勤勉、可靠、专业、高效、前瞻，最大程度使业主
满意。
合同期内雇员不得从事其他职业或供职他方。
