摘要
本文概述了国内外伸缩式随车起重机的现状,并就有关型号的国内外随车起重机进行了比较。
介绍了我国伸缩式随车起重机的结构特点及各部分的工作原理。
着重对4吨两节伸缩式随车起重机的伸缩臂架和液压系统进行了优化设计。
运用金属结构的设计方法验证了金属结构部分主要是两节伸缩臂架的计算原理;另外,对回转机构也作了选型和设计。
最后对随车起重机的发展趋势作了简单分析。

Abstract
This paper presents an overview of extendable crane-drivers, and a comparison with the concern home-made cranes. It introduces the structural characteristics and some of the principles of extendable crane-style cars. Focuses on two sections telescopic booms and hydraulic crane systems design. Use metal structure design methodology certification is a major part of the metal structure of two sections telescopic booms calculation principles; In addition, the rotation mechanism design also is made. Finally it shows the development trend of a simple crane driver analysis.
