Lift the fuel pump roller guide .See Procedure 909-16 .按909-16的步骤抬起导向机构2. Remove the cover on the camshaft housing to inspect the fuelpump roller guide .拿掉油泵上凸轮轴的盖板对机构进行检查.Turn the engine to provide the maximum space between the roller guide and the cam disc .进行主机盘车到机构与凸轮片间空隙最大时停止Turn the roller by hand to check that it can move freely and without unnecessary resistance or “hand” points .用手转动滚轮,检查其是否转动得平稳,无额外阻力,容易转动Also inspect the surface of the roller for possible damage marks ,seizures or scratches .Make sure that there are no traces of bearing metal left in the roller guide housing .还要检查滚轮表面是否损坏,咬住或刮擦的痕迹,及里面是否有轴承金属的粉末等Check the clearance in the slide bearing by lifting the roller relative to the roller guide and measuring the difference in distance between the cam disc and the roller in the upper and lower positions of the roller .将滚轮提起,检查滑动轴承的间隙及当凸轮片在最高,最低位置时同滚轮间的间隙差3. Lower the roller guide onto the fuel cam again .See Procedure 909-16 .按909-16的步骤将导向机构放回凸轮上方Roller guide removed from engine当将滚轮导向机构卸下时的检查方法A more suitable and reliable method is to check the roller guide and the bearing clearance after the roller guide has been dismounted :更准确,更可靠的检查方法是将导向机构拆下后进行检查4. Dismount the roller guide from the engine .See Procedure 909-15.2.按909-15.2的方法将导向机构拆下5. Check the surface of the roller and the sliding surfaces of theroller guide .and measure any ovalness .检查滚轮的表面及导向机构的滑动表面,测量椭圆形的表面6. Turn the roller guide upside down and land it in a verticalposition on a couple of planks ,with the roller hanging freely .将导向机构直立的倒放在两块厚木板上,保持滚轮的自由转动(不要通过影响其转动的方法来放置机构)Measure the clearance in the slide bearing by placing a dial gauge against the roller and lifting the roller as much as the clearance permits .在滚轮上方放一百分表,尽量提起滚轮,来测量滑动轴承的间隙Fuel Pump Roller Guide Dismantling高压油泵导向机构拆解Note ! 注意Before dismantling any part of fuel pump ,make sure that the pump has been relieved of pressure and that all oil has been drained off .在拆解高压油泵任何部件之前,都要先确定已经释放压力且已将燃油泄放掉1. Dismantle the top cover with the barrel/plunger assembly .See Procedure 909-5.2.按步骤909-5.2.的方法首先拆掉高压油泵的顶盖及柱塞套筒偶件2. Turn the engine until the roller guide rests on the lowermostpart of the fuel cam .主机进行盘车,直到滚轮处在凸轮的基圆上为此.Inspect the position of the fuel cam through the inspection cover opening on the camshaft housing .通过拆掉的凸轮轴系外壳上检查用盖板来确定凸轮的位置3. Loosen and remove the nuts on the short studs .先拆掉两只短螺柱上的螺帽,Then loosen the nuts on the two long threaded studs successively until the roller guide spring is relieved .再一次性的将两只长螺柱上的螺帽松开直到导向机构的弹簧全送开为此Mount the lifting tool on the fuel pump studs and hook the engine room crane on to the lifting tool .装上起吊工具,用机舱天吊挂住吊具Remove the nuts from the two long threaded studs and lift away the fuel pump housing .拿掉两只长螺柱上的螺栓,将高压油泵外壳吊起Note !When lifting the fuel pump housing ,take care not to damage the threads on the studs .当吊起油泵外壳时,注意不要损坏螺柱螺纹4. Lift the spring out of the roller guide .拿掉导向机构上面的弹簧Loosen and remove the screws from the sealing cap on top of the roller guide inside the pump base .将高压油泵内导向机构上方密封盖的螺栓卸掉5. Remove the sealing cap from the roller guide .从高压油泵上拿掉密封盖Unscrew the two nuts from the pump base ,and lift away the pump base .拆下油泵基座上的两个螺栓将基座吊走,When lifting ,take care that the bushing of the pump base slides against the neck of the roller guide without scratching .当起吊的时候,小心基座轴衬不要同导向机构的轴颈产生刮擦6. Mount the roller guide lifting tool as follows :按如下方式安装导向机构起吊工具·Lift the lock plate of the tool up on the shaft of the tool .将起吊工具的锁住用卡片轴向提起·Position the tool so that its foot rests on the thrust piece in the bayonet joint of the roller guide .将工具底部放在导向机构的卡口接头上·Turn the tool 90ºso as to allow the foot to engage properly in the bayonet joint .转动工具90º,使其底部同卡口正好接合·Lower the lock plate ,thereby securing the foot in the locked position .放下卡片,将工具锁在现在的位置上Lift the roller guide out of the roller guide housing ,using the crane .用天吊将导向机构吊出When lifting ,take care that the slide surfaces of the roller guide do not scrape against the roller guide bushing .起吊时小心滚轮导向机构不要刮到轴衬上,Land the roller guide on wooden planks .将导向机构放到厚木方上7. Check the roller guide .See Procedure 909-15.1.检查导向机构按909-15.1的步骤Fuel Pump Roller Guide Overhaul1. Inspect and check the fuel pump roller guide .按909-15.1的步骤检查导向机构2. It is recommended that the roller guide should ONLY bedismantled if当下列情况出现时,才有必要解体导向机构·irregularities when turning the roller ,滚轮转动异常不规则·damage to the roller ,滚轮有损坏·larger clearance than stated on the Data sheet ,部件间间隙过大·seizure marks on the slide surfaces ,滑动面有咬合的痕迹Have been observed when checking the roller guide .当检查时发现以上情况NoteFor disassembling of the roller guide ,contact a HANSHIN DIESEL repair shop .解体导向机构时要同HANSHIN DIESEL柴油机修理商取得联系3. If no irregularities are found ,just clean and lubricate the rollerguide before remounting it in the roller guide bushing .如未发现异常,只需将其清洁润滑后装复.Fuel Pump Roller Guide Mounting1. Lubricate the roller guide with plenty of camshaft lubricating oil ,And mount it in the roller guide bushing ,using the lifting tool .将滚轮导向机构用凸轮轴滑油充分润滑之后,用起吊工具将其装会到轴衬之中.During mounting ,take care not to scratch the sliding surfaces of the roller guide.装复时小心不要刮到它的滑动面2. After mounting the roller guide ,check the clearance between theroller guide and the guide plate mounted in the roller guide bushing .将导向机构装复后,测量它同导向板之间的间隙,Turn the camshaft so that the roller guide is lifted approx .20 mm .转动凸轮轴,将导向机构向上提起约20mmThe clearance C between the roller guide and the guide platemust be the same at both ends +/_ 0.1 mm .两端的间隙C之间的差距必须小于0.1mm3. Before mounting the pump base on the roller bushing ,replace theO-ring between the sealing bush and the bottom of the pump base .安装高压油泵基座之前,更换密封用的衬套同油泵基座底部之间的O-ring4. Mount the pump base on the roller guide bushing ,and tightenthe nuts .将油泵基座装复,上紧螺帽.5. Replace the scraper rings in the sealing cap as follows :按以下方式更换密封盖底部的刮油环.先拧掉密封盖底部螺栓,螺帽Loosen and remove the screws and nuts from the bottom of the cap ,remove the retaining flange and ring holder with scraper ring .拿掉护圈法兰及刮油环,刮油环支架6. Replace the axial scraper ring in the bottom of the cap .Checkthat the O-ring and scraper ring are mounted correctly .See the sketch .更换轴向的刮油环,按简图所示方式检查其是否安装正确7. Remove the scraper ring and O-ring from the ring holder .从支架中取出刮油环及O-ring,Place the new O-ring in the ring holder .放入新的密封圈Before mounting ,the new scraper ring must be heated in 100℃hot water or oil for at least five minutes .新的刮油环在放入之前须先放入100℃的热水或油中加热至少5分钟Note !When mounting the scraper ring in the groove ,fold the ring without making any sharp edges ,and be careful not to cut the scraper ring on the edge of the ring groove when pressing it in .将刮油环放入环槽中时,要将其部分折回(不产生任何尖锐的棱角),将刮油环压入环槽中时不要被环槽边缘割到Check that the O-ring and scraper ring are mounted correctly .See the sketch .按图所示中检查O-ring和刮油环是否正确安装,8. Assemble the sealing cap ,the ring holder and retaining flange .装复密封盖,刮油环支架及护圈法兰Tighten the nuts on the screws .上紧螺栓螺帽After tightening ,check that the holder can be remove .上紧之后,检查确定支架仍可移动9. Mount a new 0-ring in the groove on top of the roller guideand on the pump base .在油泵底座及导向机构上部之间的环槽内换上新的密封圈10. Mount the sealing cap over the roller guide .在导向机构上部装上密封盖Tighten the sealing cap to the top of the roller guide .上紧导向机构上的密封盖螺母Tighten the nuts .上紧螺母Lock the nuts with loctite .用气压泵上紧锁住螺母Land the spring on the roller guide inside the pump base .在油泵底座内的导向机构上部装上弹簧.11. Mount the fuel pump housing .See Procedure 909-4.4 .按909-4.4步骤装上油泵本体12. Mount the top cover and barrel/plunger assembly .See Procedure 909-5.4 .装复柱塞套筒偶件及油泵顶盖The roller guide can be partially checked while mounted on the engine .当导向机构装Dismantling拆解1. Shut off the fuel oil inlet .关掉燃油进口Loosen the union of the fuel oil return pipe to allow the oil to leave the pump and high-pressure pipes .打开燃油回油管系,放掉油泵中的燃油.Dismount the drain oil pipe from the top cover and the air pipe connections to the puncture valve .Dismount the high-pressure pipes (top cover/fuel valves) .卸下油泵顶部的燃油泄放管及泄放阀的空气管拆下高压油管,油泵顶盖以及油头Remove the index pointer and protective guard ,release the link for the regulating drive ,and dismount the flange for the toothed rack lead-in .Pull out the toothed rack as far as possible .移开针型指示器和保护装置,卸掉固定调整驱动器的卡环,拆掉齿条引入法兰,并尽快的拿出齿条.,2. Dismount the puncture valve from the top cover .Use the extractor tool and dismount the suction valve .拆下泄放阀,用拉伸器卸下进口阀Remove the top cover fixing nuts ,as well as the two screws in the top cover .(At this stage ,it is practical to measure the lead of the fuel pump) .拆下固定油泵顶盖的固定螺栓以及顶盖上的螺栓,这一步,部分是为了测量高压油泵的喷油提前量3. Screw the lifting tool for fuel pump (without measuring pin) intothe top cover .Screw the centre screw of the tool into the pump plunger .The stop ring on the centre screw must be loose 在顶盖上拧上起吊工具(不带测量杆)将起吊工具中间的螺栓拧在油泵的柱塞上,中间螺栓上的此动环一定要松开.Pull at the centre screw of the tool to lift the plunger clear of the bayonet joint in the roller guide and the milled recess of the regulating guide .拉起起吊工具的中间螺栓,清除导向机构接合处的毛刺和粉碎物To do this it may become necessary to move the toothed rack and the centre screw of the tool in relation to eachother .When the foot of the plunger has been lifted clear of the roller guide and regulating guide ,move down the stop ring of the tool to abut against the cross-piece of the tool ,and subsequently lock the stop ring by means of the lock screw .移动齿条和起吊工具中间螺杆的相互关联是很必要的,当提起柱塞底部清洁导向机构和调整机构时,中间螺杆的此动环要锁紧并用锁紧螺母锁住.4. Lift the top cover and barrel with plunger out of the pumphousing as an assembly .将油泵顶盖以及柱塞套筒偶件一同从本体中提出Dismount the lifting tool from the complete pump barrel with top cover .卸下起吊工具,Be careful that the plunger does not slide out of the barrel .注意不要使柱塞从套筒中滑出Clean the pump housing .清洁油泵本体For overhaul of top cover ,puncture valve and suction valve .为了分解顶盖,泄放阀及进口阀5. Turn the engine so that the roller guide rests on the lowerpart of the fuel cam .进行主机盘车,使导向机构停在凸轮基圆上,Loosen and remove the nuts on the two short studs .拆下两个短螺栓上的螺帽.Then loosen the nuts on the two long threaded studs successively until the roller guide spring is relieved .然后松开两长螺栓上的螺帽,直到导向机构内的弹簧弹力消除Remove the nuts and lift the fuel pump housing away .卸掉螺帽并把油泵本体依开6. Lift the spring out of the roller guide .从导向机构中取出弹簧Remove the nuts from the sealing cap inside the pump base .卸掉泵本体内部密封帽的螺母7. Remove the sealing cap from the roller guide .从导向机构上卸下密封帽Unscrew the two nuts from the pump base ,and lift the pump base away .卸下泵壳上的两螺帽,把泵壳抬走.8. The lifting tool for the roller guide is mounted in the rollerguide as follows :导向机构起吊根据按如下步骤安装在导向机构上Lift the lock plate of the tool up on the shaft of the tool .Place the tool in such a manner that its foot rests on the thrust piece in the bayonet joint of the roller guide .Turn the tool 90ºso as to allow the foot to engage properly in the bayonet joint .Lower the lock plate ,thereby securing the foot in the locked position .把起吊根据的锁盘从起吊轴上方,正对槽放下,这样放置锁盘的底部才能顺利的进入导向机构的接合处,然后把锁盘旋转90度,放下锁盘护住固定锁住位置Lift the roller guide out of the roller guide housing ,using the crane .用克令吊把导向机构从底座中提起.9.Check the surface of the roller滚筒表面的检查The most expedient time of measuring the clearance in the slide bearing is when the roller guide is placed in a vertical position on a couple of planks ,with the roller hanging freely .测量滑动轴承的最佳时间是当导向机构被竖直放置在支架上，并且滚筒悬挂还能自由转动Place a dial gauge against the roller ,then lift the roller as much as the clearance permits .This makes it possible to read the clearance directly .依着滚筒安装百分表，当在允许间隙的情况下，尽可能的提起滚筒，然后立即读出减息的大小10. It is recommended only to dismantle the roller guide if ,duringthe checking ,irregularities when turning the roller ,damage on the roller ,or larger clearance than indicated on the data sheet ,have been observed .通过检查发现滚筒不规则运转，滚筒损坏或轴承间隙比数据表指示过大等情况后，推荐拆卸导向机构Before dismantling ,measure any oval ness of the roller guide .In such cases ,continue the procedure as follows :在拆卸前，测量导向机构的圆度。
