《西南财经大学中外文学术期刊等级分类目录》（2008年版）西财大办[2008]14号关于下发《西南财经大学中外文学术期刊等级分类目录》（2008年版）和《西南财经大学关于实践性科研成果与科研活动管理的暂行办法》的通知校内各单位：为了进一步完善科研激励机制，鼓励教学科研人员站在学科前沿、面向经济建设主战场，加强科研合作，产出更多高水平的理论与实践成果，科研处组织修订、制订的《西南财经大学中文学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）》（2008年版）、《西南财经大学外文（英文）学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）》（2008年版）和《西南财经大学关于实践性科研成果与科研活动管理的暂行办法》，经校学术委员会全体会议审议通过并报校务会批准，现予下发，自2009年1月1日起生效执行。

三、C级学术期刊C级学术期刊为未列入上述A1、A2、B1、B2级，但公开出版发行，有CN、ISSN刊号的中文学术期刊。
四、中文学术期刊等级分类目录调整程序经学术委员会讨论通过的我校学术期刊等级分类目录不得随意调整。
确需调整的必须履行以下程序：１．由所在单位向科研处提出调整意见报告，写明充分的理由和依据；２．科研处聘请至少３位学术委员初审调整意见报告，并发表意见；３．科研处汇总学术委员初审意见并报告主管校长和学术委员会主任审核；４．由学术委员会主任主持召开学术委员会或专门会议审议调整意见报告并进行决议。
五、本期刊等级分类目录由校学术委员会审议、校务会批准执行。
2005年版中文期刊等级分类目录同时废止。
本期刊等级分类目录的解释权和修订权属校科研处。
