NPU has committed the strong support to the international classes, and also has prepared to support any good initiatives of having more foreign teaches to join us. 我校对国际班的发展将提供多方支持，大力鼓励 聘请外籍教师来我校任教。

The National Education Reform Project that NPU is taking up is to explore the new ways of developing internationalized talents. 我校承担的其中一项教改项目是关于如何探索培养国际化人才的新模式。

Teachers for the international classes either are from NPU, or come from outside (Full-time or part-time employee, Chinese or nonChinese). 国际班的老师有本校教师，也有外聘教师（全时或非全时，不限国籍）
备注：拟首批公开招聘的英语授课课程清单（本科及研究生）。 其中，本科阶段的课程仔细对比了美国和欧洲的课程体系和写 法，除线性代数外，其他应该比较准确。本科阶段的课程大纲除 电路与系统、程序设计外，基本已经制定完成。

Key Features of the International Classes 国际班主要特色

Materials for study basically are at the same page of the studying materials of the international universities, all in English; and being taught in English as well; 全英文授课，并且教材采用国际通行英文教材。

NPU set up the international classes at the 2nd half of 2010; 为此，我校于2010年下半年启动了国际班。

3 colleges enrolled in the project for international classes at the beginning, respectively for Bachelor and Master Education. In 2012, the 4th college started to have students of the international class as well. 最初，我校有3个学院开始招收国际班学生。2012年，第4个学院也加入了 此项改革试点工作。

Further Developments for the International Classes发展的需求

There is a big need for NPU to invite more foreign teachers to teach, not only to speak and teach in English, but also introduce the new/western teaching methods into the classes, which is different from the traditional teaching ways in China; 我校热诚欢迎外籍教师来我校国 际班任教，并将国际上一些先进的教学方法和教学理念引 进到我校。
