6. PRICE ADJUSTMENT 价格调整
In case the shipment of iron ore does not meet the Fe specification set forth in Clause 5.1, the base price shall be adjusted as follows:

In case the shipment of iron ore does not meet any of the chemical specifications other than Fe set forth in Clause 5.1, the base price shall be adjusted as follows:
7. PAYMENTS 付款
Within three(5) working days after confirming the Draft Letter of Credit and the Proof of the funds of the Buyer. Seller will issue 2% PB(Performance Bond withe a total value of 2% from the value of the first DLC) to the Buyer. The Buyer shall issue an irrevocable documentary credit (referred to as “L/C”) by a first class bank in China within three(5) working days after receiving the 2% PB from the Seller. The content of the L/C application form is subject to check and confirmation by the Seller. Both parties agree that the L/C shall be issued based on the contract. The L/C amount shall be USD5,250,000 (say: US Dollars XXXXonly), covering 100% of the anticipated cargo value of the shipment, with a provision of +/-10%. The valid period of the L/C shall be 90 days. All banking charges outside the opening bank are for the account of the beneficiary. Partial shipment and transshipment are not allowed.
