评析 被动句型是英语语言的一个特点，而汉语中 却以主动句为主。所以，have been found被省略。
以上的例句都是将英语的被动句式翻译为不同的汉 语主动句，符合中文阅读的习惯。除此之外，还有一 些英语的主动句时再翻译时常常需要加入一些不确定 的主语,如“大家”、“人们”、“我们”、“有人” 等等，或者进行指称的转化，比如：

以上的第(1)-(6)个被动短语一般不会 翻译为汉语的“被”字句，因为“被”字 句需要及物性高。而上述被动句中的谓语 动词却有一个共同的特点：及物性低。如 果翻译成汉语被动句：被参加、被觉得等 短语的话是不符合汉语的表达习惯的。以 上的第7-10个被动短语是我们常见的短语 表达，其翻译方法一般是增加主语，把短 语句子变成主动句。

概述
英语中的被动句型是使用最为广泛的句式之一，凡是在不必说出 主动者、不愿说出主动者、无从说出主动者或者是为了便于连贯上下 文等场合都可以使用。它能够避免给人以主观臆断的感觉，使文本表 现得更为客观、正式、语气更加委婉。

评析 这个英文句子没有清楚表述施动者，只是强调 了行动本身。根据上下文的语境，在译成汉语时， “I’ve been told”应该增加的是不确定的主语,如“大 家”、“人们”、“有人”等等；宾语从句中的施动者 指的是作者本人。

被动语态的广泛使用是英语区别于汉语的特点之一。与英语中被 动句的大量使用相比，汉语中虽然也有被动句，但其使用范围要狭窄 得多。这是因为汉语属于意合语言，句型注重内在的逻辑关系而不是 形式的变化。在语态上表现为“受事格施事化倾向”（刘宓庆， 1990）。通俗地说就是在许多情况下，汉语可以用主动句的语义逻辑 来表达被动含义。所以，汉语中经常出现像“工作做完了”“钱花光 了”诸如此类的句子，常用主语为受事的主动句型形式来表达被动意 义。为了实现在英汉两种语言的顺畅转换，掌握好对被动句式的翻译 技巧是非常重要的。

评析 该句的译文采取的方法是将保持原句和译句中的主语一 致。

上述两个语篇的翻译，基本上做到了 按英语被动句子结构，翻译成汉语的被动 句式，意思也比较顺畅。但是如果一见到 被动句就不管三七二十一，统统翻译成 “被”和“受”字的句子, 这样的译文读 起来显得生硬, 也不符合汉语的习惯。这 是许多初学者在翻译此类句型时最容易犯 的毛病，也就是通常所说的“洋”化现象 的一种表现。
译文 双方同意以制造商签发的质量或重量检验证 书作为有关信用项下付款的单据之一。
评析 以it为形式主语是常见的英语被动句式，像“It is generally considered that”可以翻译为“人们普遍 认为”，“It will be said that” 可以翻译为“有人会 说”。而在商务英语合同中，像It is agreed that…和 It is understood that…这类被动句型也是非常普遍的， 因为商务英语合同中追求的是客观公正的表述效果。 本句原文使用被动句式的目的是为了不使对方感觉到 是把义务强加给哪一方，翻译时就可以采用指称的转 化的方式加以清楚界定。
