Collection Trust Deed

Owing to and in connection with the protracted default by买家英文名称in payment which has been 拖欠时间months overdue under Sales Contract or L/C No. 合同号或者发票号signed between us and买家英文名称, we ,贵司英文名, hereby confirm our agreement and authorization to China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation , of the full rights for collection , on our behalf , against买家英文名for the full amount of USD欠款金额(Say United States dollars 英文大写金额) plus the interest of USD不用填accrued thereon subject to the interest rate of不用填___% per annum.

We further confirm our grant to China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation the full power in exercising such rights and remedies in our or its own name and give any assistance as it may require of us from time to time.
