2013年，余额宝正式运行，这意味着传统金融业将会受到更大的冲击。
网络信息技术的快速发展，促使互联网金融迅猛增长，互联网金融成为近些年来金融届讨论的热点问题，本文对互联网金融模式进行研究，了解互联网金融的主要模式，对传统金融的冲击并给出发展建议，有着积极意义。
本论文的研究主题是数字经济时代的互联网金融模式，文章开篇部分的绪论，对本课题的研究背景、研究意义、研究目标以及国内外文献综述进行了研究分析，并指出本文写作的理论依据；其次是互联网金融模式分析，分析了互联网金融常见的六种模式，并对每种模式进行了案例分析，加深对互联网金融模式的理解与认识；然后是互联网金融对传统金融的影响，以阿里信贷为例，分析了互联网金融对传统金融的影响，对互联网金融与商业银行进行优劣势比较，并对传统金融应该互联网金融的对策进行分析，从而对互联网金融与传统金融的异同点及优劣势有比较全面的认识；文章的最后，在前文研究的基础上，指出了国内互联网金融目前阶段发展遇到的一系列问题，并提出解决相应问题的解决方案。
抓住发展机遇，促进互联网金融快速稳步发展，同时传统金融应该不断改革，利用互联网金融带来的发展契机，适应市场发展环境，采取有力的措施应对互联网金融的冲击，迎难而上。

The rapid development of network information technology , to promote the rapid growth of Internet banking , Internet banking has become a hot issue in recent years, financial session discussed herein Internet financial model to study , understand the main mode of Internet banking , the impact on the development of traditional financial and gives proposal has a positive meaning.The theme of this paper is to study the digital economy era of Internet financial model , the article begins with an introduction section on the research background , significance, research objectives, and conducted a literature review of domestic and foreign research and analysis, and pointed out that the theoretical basis of this writing ; secondly Internet financial model analysis, analysis of six common Internet banking model, and each model case studies , financial models to deepen the understanding of the Internet and knowledge ; then the financial impact of the Internet on traditional finance to credit as Ali cases, the financial analysis of the impact of the Internet on traditional finance , Internet banking and commercial banks to compare the advantages and disadvantages , and Internet banking traditional financial measures should be analyzed , thus the similarities and differences and the advantages and disadvantages of Internet banking and finance have more traditional comprehensive understanding ; article Finally, on the basis of previous research paper points out a number of domestic Internet financial problems encountered in the current stage of development , and propose appropriate solutions to solve the problem .
