本科毕业设计(论文)开题报告一、本课题的研究意义、研究现状和发展趋势（文献综述）1. 研究意义针对以教师为主体的个人或实验室的创造性的劳动成果，我们需要运用高效系统来进行管理和维护，而且完善的管理系统对于学校的管理人员来说也是大有益处的。
建立完善的高校教师科研成果管理系统的重要意义有：开发完善的高校教师科研成果管理系统是将现代的信息技术跟数字化的教学完美结合的有力体现，也是跟上时代发展潮流，是科学教育与现代科技接轨的充分体现。
通过采用科学化的管理手段，充分有效的配置各种资源，不仅节省了人力、财力，而且提高了高校科研成果信息管理的准确性和便捷性。
对于学校进行教师成果的管理提供了很好的管理工具和操作平台。
该管理系统不仅实现了高校教师科研成果信息的录入、查询、统计，而且还能够对科研信息进行打印输出。
方便了学校和老师对科研成果的管理。
促使学校科研信息整理便捷，管理统一，提高学校科研管理的实时更新能力和权威认证性。
有利于改变现存的部门中数据交换形式落后，数据片面不完整，数据共享困难，对外交流窗口缺乏等的现状。
建立完善的高校科研成果管理系统有利于科研成果档案的建立，而科研成果档案对于高校来说，可以充分、全面的展示一所高校的综合实力和地位，而且可以产生较高的经济效益和社会效益，有可能成为高校科研成果向生产力转化的科学依据。
建立完善的高校科研成果管理系统能够方便用户的使用，提高信息检索的能力，减轻管理人员手工统计分析的负担，而且有利于提升学校的综合形象，促使科研信息管理更加系统化和条理化。
在目前来看，计算机技术可以应用在信息管理上，充分地压缩工作流程，使日常教师科研信息的管理得到进一步的加强，不仅为学校以及学院提供真实有效的科研成果数据，而且提升了高校的科研信息管理水平。
通过借助计算机的网络信息管理能力，力求促进高校科研管理水平的提高，从而使学校科研管理迈上新台阶。
该系统的研究和开发，不但具有理论上的意义，而且具有一定的推广价值。
2. 国内外研究现状及发展趋势作为管理信息系统的一个重要分支，高校教师科研成果管理系统的发展首先要从管理信息系统的发展开始说起，有数据表明，目前美国在学校管理中有90-100%的信息处理是由计算机完成，在其他一些计算机发展较快的国家中，90%是针对学校实施管理的。
目前我国在信息资源的建设上还远远落后于对信息基础设施的建设。
一方面，长期以来，由于缺乏有效的规范，科研信息和数据都以文本和表格的形式归档，范畴广，而且繁杂，没有一个统一的格式，管理起来显得混乱，甚至一些信息和数据丢失和残缺，管理工作非常缓慢，这给学校的科研管理工作带来了非常大的困难和挑战。
而且，对于各个学科的分门别类的管理不能仅仅套用一种管理模式，需要对不同学科的科研成果分别进行管理。
另一方面，由于缺乏专职管理人员和一套行之有效的管理规范，教师科研成果不能及时收集和整理起来登记到系统中，甚至没有被收集和整理，并进行数据的更新及维护。
一般只有当存在以下几种情况的时候，才会对教师的科研成果进行集中的管理：(1) 进行职称评比的时候，此时，需要教师把自己的科研成果统计起来交给评委专家进行审核，评定。
(2) 进行国家自然基金申请和省自然基金申请时，除了需要提交申请材料以外，还需要提交申请老师的科研成果信息，同时，当申请的自然基金到期时，才会把需要的科研成果统计起来一并上交。
(3) 当学校或者主管部门向上级进行科研成果申请和汇报时，需要教师把自己的科研成果统计起来交给主管然后再交给上级评审部门。
由以上三种情况不难看出，一般只是当需要时才进行教师的科研成果信息的统计和管理，而这些科研成果数据并没有及时地保存起来，更谈不上对其进行管理，这在很大程度上会影响高校科研水平的提高。
总而言之，建立一个高校教师科研成果管理系统对于一个高校而言是非常有必要的，而且是可以提升高校对科研工作综合管理水平的有效工具。
目前为止，基于Web的管理信息系统己经存在一些方面的应用，而且伴随着计算机技术的发展，管理信息系统技术也在逐渐走向成熟，无论是开发语言还是开发环境都在更新发展，因此，我们应该把计算机的这些技术引用到我们高校的科研信息管理上。
但是，要产生一个适合的科技产品需要进行全面的调查和分析，只有这样才能够编写出一个适合高校的科研信息成果管理系统。
但是，目前的高校教师科研成果管理还存在一些不健全的地方，需要进一步的完善和健全。
二、主要设计（研究）内容主要设计内容如下图所示三、研究方案及工作计划（含工作重点与难点及拟采用的途径）1. 研究方案(1) 根据高校教师科研管理系统的要求，做好需求分析。
(2) 通过系统分析，进行总体设计与模块设计。
(3) 根据总体设计的需求进行数据库设计。
(4) 搭建高校科研管理系统相关软件环境，进行系统原型设计。
(5) 根据对系统原型设计进行相关修改。
(6) 利用原型的方法进行程序设计，对系统进行调试。
2. 工作重点与难点本设计的重点与难点是对科研信息进行管理。
其中要区分教师及学生的信息资料，用户与管理者的管理权限是难点，尤其是用户数量庞大，信息资料类型复杂，需要综合考虑。
3. 拟采用路径本课题的研究方法主要用了调查法、经验总结法和对比分析法。
本人首先从设计与开发高校教师科研管理系统的基本模式和实践经验出发，通过图书馆和互联网等方式收集相关资料，结合国内外研究现状以及课题背景，对其有计划、有规律、系统的进行整理；然后使用比较研究法，通过对个别案例进行分析研究，借鉴开发经验，来完善自己的系统；最后运用经验总结法通过实践考察对高校教师科研管理系统的需求现状进行分析，对传统的高校教师科研管理方式进行总结得出其优势及劣势，通过以上研究方法最终确定高校教师科研管理系统的设计开发策略及最佳路径。
