包装箱封口机毕业设计说明书

包装箱封口机毕业设计说明书齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计(论文)摘要本次课题设计的是包装箱封口机,采用两侧皮带驱动来进行封箱的方案,上下封箱、经济、快速、平稳。

这种方案在技术上是相当成熟的一种,它被广泛应用于生产实际中。

这次设计的包装箱封口机,可以根据纸箱规格,手动调节宽度及高度,可单机作业,也可与自动化包装流水线配套使用。

工作时,当箱体进入工作空间后,箱体在侧面齿状皮带的摩擦力作用下前进。

当箱体运行至刀架位置时,箱体将刀架和前胶带压轮压退位,而后胶带压轮在四杆机构的作用下与前胶带压轮保持同步运动而退位,并使前面的胶带与纸箱贴合并封箱。

随着箱体前进,胶带不断地抽出封在箱体上。

当箱体的后部离开刀架时,前胶带压轮由于四杆机构的作用与后胶带压轮的运动一致,而刀架受弹簧弹力作用,复位弹起,切断胶带。

当箱体运动至离开后胶带压轮时,后胶带压轮也由于受可调弹簧回位作用而复位,使连在箱体上最后的胶带也贴在箱体上,完成后段封箱任务。
