第三条甲方负责股份托管期间各种公告的发布，所发布任何公司凡涉及乙方权利义务的，应事先书面通知乙方，经乙方签章后方可发布。
第四条股份托管时，股东提供材料不全或与原始股东资料不符的，一律先到甲方登记并开具有关证明后，再到乙方办理手续。

第七条费用：乙方按实际发行价总额
