• Game of Thrones is an American fantasy drama television series created for HBO. It is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George Martin‘s series of fantasy novels, the first of which is titled A Game of Thrones. The series now consists of five published volumes, and a further two are planned. The series is told in the third-person through the eyes of a number of point of view characters.
