1. General 概述
1.1 This specification was defined according to RCC-M M1131-2000, Class 3《For Class 1, 2 and 3 Carbon Steel Plates》.
该规范根据RCC-M M1131-2000,Class 3《1,2 和3级碳钢钢板》制定。
1.2The material shall comply with these delivery instructions in chemical composition, mechanical property and all other listed requirements.
该材料应符合交货说明中的材料的化学成分,机械性能及其他所提及的要求。
1.3 The shape and dimension (semi-finished product) and other delivery requirements are stated in the purchase order.
材料的形状,尺寸(半成品)和其他交货要求见采购订单。
1.4 This Agreement applies to the thickness 6-80mm.
本协议适用厚度6-80mm。
1.5 This specification shall be written in in both Chinese and English.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
本协议采用中英双语对照,若英文版本与中文版本出现任何歧义,概以中文版本为准。
2. Melting process and delivery冶炼及交货
2.1 Melting process 冶炼
The steel shall be fully killed. 钢为完全镇定钢。
2.2 The plates shall be delivered normalized by furnace heat treatment.
钢板以正火状态交货。
3. Material Requirements 材料要求
3.1 Chemical composition 化学成分
The heat analysis should be carried out each furnace, and product analysis each rolling plate. Melting composition should comply with table 1, and permissible deviations of the product analysis from the limit values of the melt analysis shall comply with the EN 10028-2:2003.
每一炉进行熔炼分析,每一轧制钢板进行成品分析。熔炼成分应符合表一规定,成品成分允许偏差应符合EN 10028-2:2003规定。

3.2 Mechanical properties test at 23±5℃, transverse. (The different temperature is indicated).
室温下(23±5℃) 机械性能试验,横向(不同的温度已经标出)。
Tensile test should be according to EN 10002-1, and impact test according to EN10045-1. One sample per rolling plate, and the results should be consistent with table 2.
拉伸试验依据EN 10002-1,冲击试验依据EN 10045-1。每轧制大板取一个试样,试验结果应符合表2规定。
