而浙江省作为我国的经济大省，近年来在服务贸易方面也取得了很大的发展。据统计，2013年全省服务贸易整体保持持续平稳发展势头，实现进出口总额为325.64亿美元，其中出口为200.40亿美元，进口为125.24亿美元。服贸总额占全省外贸总额8.9%，比2012年提高1个百分点；占全国服贸总额6.2%，比2012年提高0.5个百分点，规模居北京、上海和广东之后列全国第四。服务外包新增从业人数超过8.7万人，其中大学生占60%，占全省大学生就业人数的10%。
摘 要
服务贸易作为国际贸易的重要组成部分，它的发展已经成为了世界经济发展的潮流，促进服务贸易的发展对整体对外经济的发展具有重要意义。中国近年来服务贸易方面的发展十分显著，而浙江省作为我国的经济大省，近年来在服务贸易方面同样也取得了很大的发展。但尽管发展的速度较快，浙江省的服务贸易仍存在着很多的问题，诸如服务贸易结构不合理、区域发展不平衡、整体竞争力较低等问题都在制约着我省服务贸易的进一步发展。本文在服务贸易的理论框架和浙江省服务贸易发展的现实基础上，分四部分对浙江省服务贸易竞争力的现状和影响服务贸易进一步发展的问题进行了实证研究：
The stability of the development of service trade will help form the new situation of opening, change the development ways,and seize the opportunity of the new round of international industrial transfer. In a word, the study on the competitiveness is quite necessary.
第一部分，服务贸易竞争力的分析方法理论，这将为我们后面的研究提供理论分析依据；第二部分，对浙江省服务贸易发展的现状进行分析研究，归纳出发展特点和现存的问题；第三部分，也是本文的重点，对现今浙江省服务贸易发展的存在的问题进行分析研究；第四部分，对浙江省服务贸易现存的问题提出对策。
服务贸易的稳快发展有利于浙江省加快形成新的开放优势，也有利于浙江省加快转变外贸发展方式，抓住新一轮国际产业转移的机遇。所以对服务贸易竞争力的分析研究是十分有必要的。

近年来，服务贸易的发展十分迅速，规模不断扩大，在国民经济中的地位和作用也日益突出，各国都在大力发展服务贸易。我国作为世界经济大国，也在积极优化服务贸易结构，推进服务贸易的发展。2013年，我国服务贸易规模再创历史新高，进出口总额达5396.4亿美元，比上年增长14.7%，继续稳居世界前列。在服务贸易总额增长的同时，服务贸易的结构渐也在不断地趋于优化，部分高附加值服务进出口增速迅猛，服务外包业务规模稳步增长、国际竞争力增强，吸纳就业能力进一步提升。

ABSTRACT
As an important part of international trade, the development of service trade has become a economic trend in the world. It is of great significance for external economy to enhance the development of service trade. Service trade has developed increasingly in China in recent years, and as a big economic role of China, Zhejiang province has done a good job these years, as far as service trade is concerned. However, there are still lots of problems of service trade in Zhejiang province, such as unreasonable frame,unbalanced district development, low competitiveness,which all inhibit the long-term development of service trade in Zhejiang province, no matter how fast it goes. Based on the theory of service trade and the current circumstances of Zhejiang province, this paper has studied on the competitiveness of service trade and existing problems. Tihi paper is divided into four parts as following:
First, the theory of service trade, which provides basis for the study;Second, the study on the current circumstances of service trade in Zhejiang province, which generalize the features and problems;Third,the most important part,the study on the problems of service trade in Zhejiang province;Fourth, the countermeasures to these problems.
