1.乙方一收到甲方提供的原材料后应立即进行检验。
Part B shall inspect the raw materials supplied by Part A immediately upon receipt thereof.
2. 事先未经卖方书面同意，买方不得将这些专有软件或其中任何部分或与软件有关的任何资料向第三方泄露或供其使用。
The purchaser shall not make available or otherwise disclose to any third party the Proprietary Software or any part thereof or any information relating thereto without the prior written consent of the Supplier.
3. 从4月1日起到10月20日止这一区间内交货，但以买方信用证在3月20日前到达卖方为限。
Shipment during the period beginning April 1 and ending October 20 (both dates inclusive) is subject to the Buyer’s Letter of Credit reaching the Seller on or before March 20.
4. 甲方在建厂工程开始时付给乙方工程总价的百分之五，即美圆六万三千圆（63,000.00）整。
Party A shall pay to Party B five (5) percent of the total price for work, i.e., sixty-three thousand (63,000.00) U.S. dollars only at the commencement of construction work on Party A’s plant.
5. 如果买方在规定日期内不开来信用证，本合同即作无效论，但经卖方同意延期者不在此例。
Should the letter of credit fail to reach the Sellers before the stipulated date, the Contract shall be considered as null and void unless extension is approved by the Sellers.
