第一章本合同依据列文件签订
Chapter1. The Contract in according to following documents:
1.1国家及地方有关建设工程勘察设计管理法规和规章。
National and local administrative Law and regulations of construction project design
1.2建设工程批准文件。
The approval document of construction project
1.3省市相关规定和本工程的实际情况。
Provincial and municipal regulations and the actual situation of the project.
第二章设计咨询范围及内容Scope of design consultation and content
乙方设计咨询范围Scope of design consultation for Party B
本次设计景观总面积约为平方米。甲方同意委托乙方承担其景观设计咨询工作。
The total area of the landscape design is square meters. Party A agrees to entrust Party B for the consultative and design work.
本合同包括的工作阶段：景观的方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计。
The work stage of this contract include: project design of landscape, preliminary design, construction drawing design
第三章甲方需向乙方提交的相关资料、文件及时间
The related data, document and time that Party A should submit to Party B
甲方在规定的时间内向乙方提交基础资料及文件，并对其完整性、正确性、及时性负责。
Party A shall submit the basic data and document on time, and responsible for its integrity, correct and timeliness
3.1 甲方应于方案设计开始前提交的相关资料

3.1.1设计任务委托书Letter of authorization
3.1.2规划总图（彩色平面图、1/500报批图）
General layout of planning (color floor plan, 1/500 drawing)
3.1.3建筑立面效果图Architectural effect drawing

3.1.6建筑首层平面The first floor layout of the building
3.1.7基地竖向条件图Vertical design drawing of the building
3.2甲方应于初步设计开始前提交的相关资料
