S ALES C ONTRACT
本合同由买卖双方订立。根据本合同规定的条款，买方同意购买且卖方同意出售下述货物：
This Contract is made by and between the Buyer and the Seller, whereby the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the below-mentioned goods on the terms and conditions stipulated hereunder:

be confirmed after the Buyer got the import licence.

The Manufacturer advised the Buyer of the prevailing long delivery period for supplies of neutron
sources from the receipt of Import Permits. The Buyer needs to take this lead time in their planning schedules
accordingly. The Seller / Manufacturer will not be held liable for any delays caused due to late receipt of permits
which would influence delays to source shipments. 2 交付条件 2.1

制造商特别通知，由于放射源交货期较长，且凭进口许可证开始生产，买方需提前做好准备，办理 进口许可证。 卖方、制造商不承担由于收到进口许可证延迟引起的放射源迟交货责任。 3.2 装运口岸 Port of Shipment: 海运 分析仪主体设备：澳大利亚主要机场(港口) Main Airport ( or Main Port )in Australia for main equipment of Analyzer 初始放射源：美国主要机场 Main Airport of American for neutron sources. 3.3 到货口岸 Port of Destination: (海运，目的地：天津新港) 分析仪主体设备：**天津新港港口 / ***** Airport or ****Port for main equipment of Analyzer 初始放射源：** 北京机场 / *** Airport for neutron sources. 每批货物装运启航后，卖方即以传真通知买方合同、货名、数量、重量、总值、开航日期和目的口 U-J 岸。 Immediately after the Goods have been shipped and departed, the seller shall notify the buyers by fax the contract number, name of Goods, quantity, weight, total value, Flight No., shipping date and the port of destination. 货物允许转运，并允许分批运输。 Trans-shipment and partial shipment is acceptable. 3.4 单据(Document Required): 卖方应将下列单据提交银行议付 /托收： (1) 全套清洁的、可议付的空运/海运/联运提单，并通知买方； (2) 卖方发票三份，注明合同号、信用证号和唛头； (3) 装箱单三份，注明毛、净重，尺码、品名和数量； (4) 原产地证明。 The Seller shall present the following documents required to the bank for negotiation/collection: (1) Original and 3 copies of negotiable, clean, on board bill of lading, airway bill or multi-modal transport document ; (2) 3 Copies of the Seller 'invoice showing contract no., L/C no. and shipping marks (3) 3 Copies of the packing list identifying the gross & net weight, measurement and quantity of each package. The packing of the Goods shall be preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock, and shall be
suitable for ocean transportation. The Seller shall be liable for any damage and loss of the Goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing. The measurement, gross weight, net weight, and the cautions such as Do
not Stack Up Side Down ” Keep away from moisture ” Handle with care "shall be stencilled on the surface of each package with fadeless marks.
