汽车门把手气辅注塑工艺模拟分析

摘要:利用Moldflow软件,使用田口法对汽车门把手进行气辅成型模拟分析,以气道长度为质量指标进行研究,预测其缺陷,寻求较佳的工艺参数组合及各工艺因素的影响程度和影响趋势。
经实际验证与模拟分析结果一致,为同类产品提供参考。
