Loosen the clutch and adjust the lock nut2. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise, increase the free clearance of the clutch, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, reduce the free clearance of the clutch3. Tighten the clutch and adjust the lock nutCaution: the clutch control line shall be removed and cleaned and lubricated at 2000 KM each timeInspection, adjustment and lubrication of drive chain1, inspection method, with the main support support motorcycle, step on the speed change pedal into neutral position, the chain up and down swing, check its swing range should be in 10 ~ 20MM, if not in this range, should be adjusted2, adjustment methodA, loosen the rear axle lock nut and loosen the brake adjustment nutB, unscrew the chain adjuster locknutC, rotate the adjusting bolt clockwise, reduce the swing of the chain, adjust the bolt counter clockwise, increase the swing of the chain, and adjust the swing of the chain to the range of 10 ~ 20MMNote: the left and right chain adjuster scales should be the sameIf adjusted, the scale of the chain adjuster is in the last grid, indicating the excessive wear of the chain transmission parts, and the big, small chain wheels and chains shall be replacedD, check the tightness of the chain, tighten the adjusting bolts of the chain regulator first, and then tighten the wheel axle to lock the nutIf the chain is found to lack oil, it should be lubricated. Under normal circumstances, every 500KM should be cleaned andlubricated onceSteps are as follows:1 remove the shift arm2. Remove the left rear cover of the engine3, remove the back chain box4, find the movable link, use pliers to remove the movable locking clip, remove the chain from the backward direction, put the chain into the cleaning agent, wash, and then dry. Check the wear of the chain and replace it if necessary.Note: the direction of the opening of the locking block shall be opposite to the movement of the chain5, in reverse order, and put on the chain of proper amount of lubricating oilInspection and replacement of engine oilCheck the oil and oil level before starting the car every day1. Put the motorcycle on the ground and support with the main support2, loosen the oil scale, to see whether the oil level in the upper and lower scales, such as the oil volume is too small, should be the prescribed oil change lubricating oil andcleaning filter1. Preheat the engine for 2-3 minutes and turn off the engine2. Place an oil tank under the engine3, unscrew the oil drain hole, oil hole is removed, remove the oil filter net, springThe 4 step, recoil starter several times to discharge all disabled oil5, the spring and a filter net, put into the cleaning agent cleaning oil hole6. Check type 0 sealing ring, filter screen is in good condition, if damaged, should be replaced, and then in reverse order with disassembly7, inject new oil in the upper and lower calibration line, note: new car running in period should be replaced 3 times oil.Inspection and replacement of spark plugs1, remove the spark plug cap, remove the surrounding debris2. Remove the spark plug with the spark plug sleeve fitted with the car3. Remove the spark plugs with iron brazing and remove the debris from the spark plugs with a brush4, check the spark plug electrode is ablation, if there is ablation, should replace the spark plug5, with a thickness gauge to check the spark plug gap, the spark gap adjustment for 0.6-0.7mm6. Check the gasket on the spark plug.
