由于互联网技术,信息技术及云计算技术的迅速发展 ,使物联网成为当今社 会的热点论题。物联网作为继计算机、互联网之后世界信息产业发展的第三次浪 潮,把智能家居、智能校园、智能城市等智能化理念融入到人们的学习、工作、 生活等环境当中,图书馆作为社会生活的一个重要组成部分,必将因为物联网技 术的发展运用而发生变革,基于物联网的智能图书馆发展成为了图书馆在未来的 发展方向。

1 起源
1991 年美国麻省理工学院(MIT)的 Kevin Ash-ton 教授首次提出物联网的 概念。1999 年美国麻省理工学院建立了“自动识别中心(Auto-ID)”,提出“万 物皆可通过网络互联”,阐明了物联网的基本含义。2005 年 11 月 17 日,在突尼 斯举行的信息社会世界峰会(WSIS)上,国际电信联盟(ITU)发布《ITU 互联 网报告 2005:物联网》,引用了“物联网”的概念。[2]早期的物联网是依托射频 识别(RFID)技术的物流网络。随着信息技术的发展应用,物联网的内涵发生了

摘要:随着信息技术的快速发展,物联网作为信息产业发展的又一次重大浪潮,为图书 馆发展带来一系列深刻的变革,物联网技术的发展运用使图书馆工作发生了重大的改变。物 联网技术可以实现馆舍智能化,工作高效化,服务人性化等优点,但在实际应用中必须解决 感知节点的实现、大数据处理、技术标准、配套软件的研发、安全及成本方面等关键问题, 以促进智能图书馆的发展。图书馆作为社会整体的一个重要组成部分,在物联网环境下发展 创新,必将朝着智能图书馆的方向发展演进。
1.1.1 背景内容
我国对物联网的研究和应用起步较早,美国、德国、日本、韩国等几个国家, 已经出台了关于物联网基础设施建设的规划,并将物联网作为振兴经济新的增长 点。目前,物联网技术已经广泛应用到智能城市、智能家居、智能物流、工业自 动控制、智能交通、智能农业等众多领域,不仅产生了可观的经济效益,而且更 是带动了相关产业的发展。在我国,温家宝总理在 2009 年 8 月视察无锡科技园 时提出,“要在激烈的国际竞争中,迅速建立中国的传感信息中心或‘感知中国’ 中心”[1]。温总理的讲话把我国物联网领域的研究和应用开发推向了高潮,无锡 市率先建立了“感知中国”研究中心,中国科学院、运营商和多所大学在无锡建 立了物联网研究院。2010 年,物联网被正式列为国家五大新兴战略性产业之一, 写入“政府工作报告”,物联网在中国受到了全社会极大的关注,从此掀开了物 联网研究和应用的新篇章。

Development of Intelligent Library Based on Internet of things
Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, Internet of things as the development of information industry and a major, bring a series of profound changes for the library development, the development of the Internet of things technology used to make significant changes in the library work.Internet of things technology can realize intelligent premises, work more efficient and humanized service advantages, but in practical application must solve the key problems in the realization of sensor nodes, data processing, technical standards, and the supporting software research and development, safety, and cost aspects such as to promote the development of the intelligent library.Library as an important part of society as a whole, under the environment of Internet of things development and innovation, will be toward the direction of the intelligent library evolution.
