3. Rem un erati on of Labour

a. The salary of the Empioyee shall bemonthly paid by the Empioyer in accordanee with applicable laws and

4.Worki ng Hours & Rest & Vocation

exte nded hours shall not exeeed three hours a day.However, the total exte nsion in a month shall not exeeed

thirty-six hours.

5.Soeial Seeurity & Welfare

a.The Empio yer will pay for all man datory soeial seeurity p rograms sueh pension in sura nee, unemployment in

sura nee, medieal in sura nee of the Empio yee aeeord ing to the releva nt gover nment and eity regulati ons.

b.During the period of the Contraet, the Empioyee' s welfare shall be impiemented

aeeorda nee with the laws and releva nt regulati ons of P .R.C.

6.Worki ng P roteetion & Worki ng Con diti ons

a.The Empio yer should p rovide the Empio yee with oee up ati onal safety and health con diti ons conforming to the

p rovisi ons of the State and n eeessary artieles of labor p roteeti on to guara ntee the safety and health duri ng the

work ing pro cess.

b.The Empio yer should p rovide the Empio yee with safety edueati on and tech nique training;

The Empioyee to be engaged in speeialized operations should receive speeialized training and acquire qualifieati ons for

sueh sp eeial op eratio ns.

e. The Empio yee should strictly abide by the rules of safe op eratio n in the p roeess of their work.

bour Disci pli ne

a.The Empio yer may draft bylaws and labour disci pli nes of the Company, Aeeord ing to which, the

Empio yer shall have the right to give rewards or take disc ip li nary actions to the Empio yee;

b.The Empio yee shall comp ly with the man ageme nt direeti ons of the Empio yer and obey the bylaws and labour

disci pli nes of the Empio yer.

c.The Empio yee shall un dertake the obligati on to kee p and not to disclose the trade secret for the

Empio yer duri ng the p eriod of this Con tract; This obligati on of con fide ntiality shall survive the

termin ati on of this Con tract for a p eriod of two (2)years.

8.Term in ati on, Modificati on. Renew and Discharge of the Con tract

a. The releva nt clauses of the Con tract may be modified by the p arties:

i.The sp ecific clause is required to be modified by the p arties through con sultati on;

ii.Due to the force majeure, the Con tract can not be executed;

iii.The releva nt laws and regulati ons have bee n modified or abolished by the time of sig ning the

Con tract.

b.The Con tract may be automatically term in ated:
