经买卖双方同意按照以下条款由买方购进卖方售出以下商品：
This contract is made by and between the Buyer and the Seller, whereby the Buyer agrees to buy and the Seller agrees to sell the under-mentioned goods, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated hereinafter:

13. 分批装运和转运：允许。
Partial shipment and transshipment: Allowed
14. 开证时间：合同签订日后5个工作日内。
L/C issuing date: Within 5 working days after the signature date.
15. 卖方提交单据:
Documents provided by the seller:
1) 已装运清洁提单，空白抬头，空白背书，注明“运费已付”并通知目的港的--------- (三份正本三份副本)。
Three(3) originals and three(3) copies of clean on board Ocean Bill of Lading marked “freight prepaid” and made out to order, blank endorsed and "notifying -----at the port of destination";
2) 合同总额100%的商业发票正本三份副本三份，并注明合同号、载货船名；
Three (3) originals and three (3) copies of Commercial Invoice covering 100% of the total contract value, also indicating Contract No., name of carrying vessel。
3) 装箱单正本三份副本三份；
Three (3) originals and three (3) copies of detailed Packing Lists.
4) 质量数量证明书两份;
Two copies of Certificate of Quality and Quantity Certificate;
5) 由卖方出具的IPPC熏蒸标志已刷在木质包装的3个面上的声明或无木质包装材料的声明正
本一份副本三份；
One (1) original and three (3) copies of Statement/Certification to state that IPPC mark has been stamped on three (3) sides of all packages or non-wooden packing declaration issued by Seller.
6) 发运后传真给买方的明细发运通知一份，注明发运日期，航班号，预计到货日期，提单号，包装尺寸及毛净重。
Shipping advice given to the Buyer after completing of loading the goods, notifying the name of carrying vessel and date of its sailing, estimated arriving date, number of the Bill of Lading, packing dimension and gross weight.
7) 原产地证书一正四副
One (1) Original and Four (4) Copies of Certificate of Origin
8) 提供14天的免箱期
Proof of fourteen (14) days free detention time in China
16. 所有中国境外银行费用包括偿付行的费用由卖方承担。
All banking charges outside of China including reimbursement bank charges are to the account of the seller.
17.寄往买方的正本单据不得晚于货物发出后14天到达买方，否则由于单据晚到所产生的费
用由卖方承担。
The arrival of the original documents that be mailed to buyer should not be later within 14 days after shipment, otherwise the demurrage fees should be borne by seller.
18. 仲裁：双方发生争议如经协商不能解决则提交中国国际贸易仲裁委员会进行仲裁。Arbitration: If any disputes occurred it should be submitted to China international economic arbitration
