Chang’e 1 (pronounced chang-uh; simplified Chinese: 嫦娥一 号; traditional Chinese: 嫦娥一號; pinyin: Cháng'éyī hào) was an unmanned Chinese lunar-orbiting spacecraft, part of the first phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program.
