14.不可抗力
Force Majeure
如因人力不可抗拒的原因造成本合同全部或部分不能履约，卖方概不负责，但卖方应将上述发
生的情况及时通知买方。

10.付款条件
Terms of Payment
卖方收到50%£金后开始生产，发货前买方付活余款。
After the receipt of 50% of the total value payment, the seller shall begin the production and the buyer pay the balance of the total value before delivery.
Buyers shall agree to postpone the delivery on condition that the Sellers agree to pay a penalty. In case the Sellers fail to make delivery later than 7 days, the Buyers have the right to cancel the Contract and the Sellers, in spite of the cancellation, shall still pay the aforesaid penalty to the Buyers without delay.

15.争议的处理
Disputes Settlement

11.装运通知
