2) Shipment from: Shenzhen, China to Bercelona, Spain with transhipment allowed.

3) Delivery: In 40 days after receiving the 30% deposit.

4) Terms of Payment: 30% deposit, 70% T/T within 7 days after receiving B/L copy.

1.MARKING: knife: on the front side of blades by etching. “XXXXXXXX” big and clearly legible.Others: on the backside by stamping:“XXXXXXXXX” big and clearly legible.

2. PACKING: seaworthy package, on pallets with PE film wrapping around,

each firm carton, with cross plastic ribbons and outside indicating content.

3. SHIPMENT : END OF FEBRUARY, 2014, ONLY LOADING ON VESSEL OF CHILEAN NACIONALITY

4. PAYMENT: T/T against copy of all shipment documents including C. Origin.

5.) The merchandise must be in the same length and shape as originally samples

provided and the weight must comply with our required minimum weight ordered.

6. Approval samples are required 30 days before shipment.

The seller shall not by held responsible for failure of delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods

consequence of any Force Majieure incidents under this sales contract in.

All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with this contract shall be settled amicably through

friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation,the case shall then be submitted
